McDonalds

Well after 3 years I thought I’d give this place another shot. Boy was I mistaken .8:30 pm I ordered the egg MC Muffin 2 of them. The cheese was nasty dry and the bottom muffin was like a brick. What’s with this place ?? I think I had the 2 that were sitting for sometime. Even the egg wasn’t right.
I thought there was something wrong when the said it’s going to be about a 5 min wait like the other McDonald’s in the area. So from now on I’ll be skipping this one on mound and 12 mile and be hitting the one on Vandyke and 14 or Vandyke and 12 ¹⁄₂

This location is terrible for service and order accuracy. I live very close by and have tried and tried several times to give this location a try. I cannot remember them ever getting my order right. At my recent trip through the drive through the drive through I placed my order, paid and pulled up to the next window to pick up my order. They handed me my shake and asked me to pull up and they would bring my order out. I asked her «so when you mess up my order are you going to come out and get it?» (Because this has happened to me before). She says «no they will wait to check your order before they come in.» Sure enough the order comes out missing half of the items I ordered and they guy goes back in. At this point I am upset because I have a sick kid in the back seat, but I go in and ask for the manager. She apologizes and scrambles to get my order after asking me what I ordered. I explained to her that this happens every time I come to the location. She hands me my food and visibly shaken says, I’m sorry. I am working this shift for exactly this same reason because of the complaints.
Advice to management:
Hire people that improve the customer service, better food quality (not cold– soggy food), improve order accuracy. This is a PRIME location, in proximity to new retail, General Motors, new subdivision and lots of other restaurants to choose from. Get it together and this location could be very lucrative.

This is the worst McDonalds i have ever been too. This post is also not based on 1 experience either i get stuck going to this Mcdonalds when my co workers drive to lunch and EVERYTIME they mess up one of our orders the food is terrible and the manager (short african american women) always has her head phones in and constantly has an attitude. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

Love reading the other reviews of this place. There have been a few times when my wife has ordered a regular Coke and has gotten a diet. But we don’t order much «food» from McDonalds, so our orders don’t get too butchered.
Try to avoid this place at lunch, it gets slammed… it’s hard to even get a cover for your soda sometimes; garbages get full fast; and tables aren’t cleaned too well.
Now that they have the «Free Small Coffee Any Time» ever since Tim Horton’s opened next door, you have what amounts to homeless people stalking the interior. I was bummed for a couple bucks by an old man who went on and on about having cancer and needing gas for his car (?) So strange, and I’m sure I’ll see him there again.
Truth is, I go here several times a week since they started offering the free coffee, and my wife gets a Coke (still $ 1!). When the free coffee ends, and/​or they raise their Coke prices, our visits will dwindle quickly.
As bad as this place is, it’s 5-​star compared to the Burger King across the street, yikes!

This has to be one of the worst locations around. Wife went there this morning and ordered 3 mcmuffins and 3 hash browns. She got home and what do you know? NO HASHBROWNS! I would say that 8 out of 10 times our order gets messed up. I’ve gotten a big Mac from there before with no meat on it. When I complained the girl seemed to think it was funny. I’m guessing this location is not managed very well. I would rate it zero stars if I could.

Check your order, been here like 4x over the last 3 months and they have forgotten something each time. They make the worst unsweetened tea, it tastes like they never clean their containers that the tea is in. They have forgotten my straw on several occasions!

I stop here to pick up a drink sometimes on my way home. 2 times in the last 5 visits, I get handed my drink without a straw. Once I drove off and was screwed. The next time, I almost drove off, and ended up getting sass when I asked for one like I was such an inconvenience.
Very annoying.

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Time and time again they screw up your order and none of their employees speak English! Check your order… better yet stop going to this one!

Im not the type who Unilocal everything, not even every bad experience I have. For me to take the time, the experience must either be out of this world, or incredibly horrible. Ill start with what I think is the worst thing about them: Hair. It seems every female there has super long hair, albeit pulled back into a ponytail through a hat, but so long it still sways around all over. Its kind of nerve racking to watch them shake fries or handle your food. The service is super slow and unfriendly, and I’d say 7 out of 10 times the order is wrong, or something’s missing. Basically, after you’ve already waited at least 12 minutes for your order, it’s on you to make your life easier by double checking your bag. And if something is amiss, it’ll be another 5 minutes. They’re to busy Multi~tasking: talking to each other while they work, or telling everyone else how to do what they’re doing, like a bunch of thirteen year old girls, which is probably why it’s usually screwed up, or you don’t get any sauce for your nuggets, or you don’t even get napkins in the bag. And if you have a coupon, that’s another fiasco. They look it over as if they’re studying for a final exam. And never, EVER, expect your food to be even close to hot, or your cheese to be melted. The only thing they seem to get right are the French fries, IF you’re lucky enough to be there at the right time so they’re hot. And finally, don’t expect a thank you, either. Not all McDonald’s suck, some really, truly, can knock it out, but this one is NOT one of them.

Please please please, check your order before leaving the parking lot. This location is notorious for not getting orders right. I know that most fast food places don’t always get the order right but this location comes with something more, the difficulty of getting it fixed. I have dealt with several different managers on several different visits and each time I get accused of not ordering correctly.
Darn you convenience of locations.
