This is an awesome place to grab coffee and a doughnut if you’re pumping gas. It’s a small kiosk, connected to the gas station. There’s no seating and all the ordering is done outside, so be prepared to stand outside the whole time. Service is fast, efficient and the coffee is good.

I’ve been here a few times while desperate, and it’s always pretty bad, but this last time was definitely the worst. I ordered a sesame bagel with veggie cream cheese. What they gave me was an everything bagel, unsliced, untoasted, with no cream cheese, not even on the side. That’s ridiculous. You should never just hand somebody a completely plain bagel like that, and the wrong one too! Never again.

Poor performance. Order was wrong. Coffee was weak. Customer service was rude. Not sure if it has new management or just new employees. The quality has dropped off and does not follow the established franchise models for people who are on the go. Previously, this was my go to place on a daily basis. Now, I’m looking for somewhere new.

Store-small location Customer service– language barriers and no social skills. Instead of suggesting a combo the cashier charged me for several individual items not a good look for me as the consumer. I don’t think hot hash browns and cold donuts belong in the same bag… ugh I don’t think I will be going back. Just because you smile doesn’t mean you can mess up my order.

this is my neighborhood store but for the past year the quality of serve has gone steadily down hill. When i stop by in the morning I pick up 6 croissants and other assorted stuff for co workers and house guests. recently one of the managers refused to sell me 6 croissants because he wanted to save them, in case someone later ordered a croissant sandwich,. telling me to order something else. Like most people when paying for something, you want what you ask for, not a managers choice substitution. Today the same thing happened but 2 workers rudely tried telling me its the store policy is to limit the sale of items. Bull. that policy is not posted anywhere. This Duncan doesnt carry most of the items a every other Duncan in the city. They dont do smoothies, the food is always slow and burnt. The funny part is some of the same employees work on the gas station side without incident. I’ve even driven to the 24 hour Duncan on New York ave NE, just receive a pleasant greeting and great service. After today I wont be returning to the Rhode Island store. I wish I could contact the owners because its clear the location is in trouble

Stale Bavarian Crème donut and burnt old coffee! I rarely stop anywhere for coffee and donuts but got a craving while pumping gas at the adjoining Hess. If you can’t get a cup of DunkinDonuts coffee fresh nor one of their famous donuts, seems like they should shut down or get new managers. The assistant really didn’t know anything either when I tried to ask if there were any new types of donuts. I complained online at Let’s see if anything changes!

This is the slowest Dunkin Donuts EVER. One or two of the employees are efficient(if you’re lucky to be there when they are working), but the rest drag their feet big-time. Even if you’re just getting basic coffee. If there is anyone in line and I don’t have 10 minutes to kill, forget it.

Service has really gone down here. The coffee is watered down and whenever you order a combo they«forget» and charge you individually.

It’ll do when I’m out of coffee for my Tassimo and need a quick fix. I can walk over, wait in line 5 minutes for my tasty java. Sometimes the staff is friendly and funny, other times they are bitchy, but overall the coffee dos the job. The 8:30 am line usually consists of several suits, some fabulous heels, tennis shoes, flip flops, boxers and maybe one or two pair of dirty feet. It’s sort of a nice change from the sterileness of DC living.

Decided to get a breakfast sandwich and iced coffee here since its close to my house. Two bites into the sandwich, I lie to you not I vomited uncontrollably. Disgusting the bread was soggy and stale. Whatever processed egg product they use was just atrocious and the bacon tasted like it was cooked hours ago. The iced coffee was good before I blew it all over the place.

I go here because its close to where i am working at the moment. I love Dunkin Donuts hot tea with cream and sugar and a couple of blueberry flavor shots. Depends on who makes it for you but this place makes the best so far. Their qucik and easy to get too.

Small Dunkin’ Donuts at this gas station on the corner of New Jersey and Rhode Island Avenues. They have most menu items, or, at least, most of the ones I remember. Relatively quick. Good for a cup of coffee and a bagel or doughnut on your way to the metro. Fuel up your car and recharge your energy with a some coffee. This morning when I went to get my coffee, a homeless man was asking for change. A few minutes later I saw him walk into the Dunkin’ Donuts and steal a few croissants. Oh, DC.
