if you’re looking for a pizza to order in Georgetown, this is your place. It’s a solid place for late night pizza. I was able to order a couple of great veggie and pepperoni pizzas from here. Carry out service was good at getting the pizzas to me in at least 20 minutes. Prices are decent, really appreciate this given its location in Georgetown(I spent about $ 25 on 2 large pizzas). The service was on par with what you would receive at a Dominoes or Papa Johns. However, there was nothing particularly special about the pizza. Recommend ordering pizza’s after 9pm.

wow, has this place gone downhill. Used to be a pretty solid place for a pizza or sub. Now, in addition to fairly poor customer service, the food is just kind of off. we;ve tried ordering subs twice and each time they were bad. Old oil? old food? Don’t know, just know we couldn’t eat it. Angelico, just up the street in Glover is much better; with excellent customer service and quick delivery.

A review by my husband: I ordered a chicken giro platter no fries with a larger salad. The cashier said the salad was larger even-though the salad was placed in the same container as normal. The cook grabbed a hand full of chicken no gloves and prepared my food. A customer went behind the counter to use the restroom. He then stayed in the cooking area waiting for his order. Cook 2 came from the back and prepared take out orders with bare hands. The giro was Tasteless and cold. I was concerned of food poisoning.

Easily the most outrageous customer service experience my girlfriend and I have ever dealt with. They got pizza way wrong, called about it, the insane woman on the other end asked whether we «knew the difference» between sausage and mushrooms – then sent another pizza that was exactly the same. My girlfriend called back and the woman went berzerk. At this point we just wanted a refund, but the delivery driver(who still seemed to indicate this was our fault) said he would actually have to wait until the crazy woman left in order to process the refund.

Ordered a slice of pepperoni pizza very plain tasting seem like very old reheated pizza pretty much tasted like cardboard with cheese and barely cooked pepperoni. Also no public bathroom for the employees parking was hell FYI Took about 5 minutes, cashier was nothing to write home about.

We decided to give Manny & Olga’s a try today, and ordered online from your Georgetown store. Boy, was that a mistake! Your employee, John, answered the phone when I called an hour after ordering to find out where our lunch was and why we hadn’t gotten a phone call or email when there was such a significant delay. John told me that he is only one person, and it’s not his fault that he had people call in today, but it should arrive within five minutes. Fifteen minutes later I called John to cancel the order so we could get lunch from somewhere else. He had a massive attitude but agreed that he would cancel it… but he didn’t. While I was placing the order at Angelico Pizzeria(a fine place we should have gone to first), the delivery person showed up. When I told him the order had been canceled he insisted that I take the food because he was taking payment no matter what, and also repeated the phrase«it’s not my fault!». I had to deal with the driver that John should have contacted to cancel. I barely had time to get organized and get back to my desk when John called because he wanted to tell me he was taking payment since the driver dropped off. Apparently, he has my number when he wants money, but not when two calzones are going to take an hour and fifteen minutes and a heads-up would be appropriate. I told him that the whole thing was a mess and his customer service was terrible, and he said he didn’t care and hung up on me. I called back, of course, to ask for the name of his manager… at which point he stated that he doesn’t have time for«someone like [me] today» and hung up again. I called back again and he finally told me that I need to talk to Yanni tomorrow. You shouldn’t be leaving John unsupervised in your location. He’s not doing you any favors. Like I told him, you’d think that it would be important to assure that new customers(and business customers at that!) were kept informed and happy, but he seems pretty sure that it doesn’t matter. So, Manny & Olga’s — does it matter?

Little hole in the wall off Wisconsin in Georgetown. There is no seating area, just walk in, place your order, wait in the small waiting area, and leave. Although I cannot speak to their delivery service, their walk-in service is pretty quick! Also each slice is about $ 3.50 for a generous slice. Ingredients are not spectacular, but they get the job done. Manny & Olga’s is also open really late! I believe it’s open until 3am! It’s probably one of the few shops open past 11pm. Bottom Line: Quick, hearty sized, and cheap piece of pizza at 3 in the morning.

This was the worst service of all time. Safe to say that I’ll never order from here again. Took 2 hours to deliver the wrong order. My «garlic cheesy bread» was a toasted hot dog bun with cheese melted on it and the pizza was cold.

This is not good pizza. Honestly better off with frozen pizza. Poor quality ingredients and worse finish. Don’t eat here or order this.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I placed an order at 7pm tonight, received a confirmation email, and about 45 minutes later I decided to call and see what time I should expect my pizza to arrive. The woman on the phone told me that she never received my order and to place a new one. I placed a new order, called back, and they still apparently never received it. My credit card has been charged for two separate orders, and when I asked to be refunded I was told she«didn’t know how to» and to call back tomorrow. So now here we are at 10 o’clock…3 hours later and I get a call from a delivery guy that he’s here to give me my pizza. Nope. Needless to say, I definitely won’t be ordering from this place ever again. Seems like they need to join the 21st century and stop using a FAXMACHINE for online orders.

I called to place an order at the Tenleytown location 7÷22÷15 at apprx. 2:15PM. The gentleman took my order and gave me a total as well. About 45 minutes later, I get a call from the gentleman telling me that he is going to cancel my order because the driver is refusing to deliver to my address(because it is in Maryland and he does not wish to deliver there). However, my address is on 44th Street, N.W. Washington, DC. I find this incredibly outrageous behavior because, first, I have had food delivered here on multiple occasions. Second, if there was an issue with delivery, the gentleman should have refused the order in the first place. 45 minutes later, is when the food should be delivered, not refused. Also, the gentleman who called(his name was«Daz») was not apologetic at all. The delivery person’s name is «Mayolo». I find this extremely unbelievable and ridiculous that a place of business would choose to lose a regular customer(that is also a business location) because their employee(the driver in this case) simply refuses to drive to a particular location? That too, a location not outside of their delivery radius. This is absolutely unreal and unacceptable behavior to me. P. S. Still hungry and already wasted my lunch waiting for these foolish people. :’(*sigh* so blown! P.P.S If I could this would be a negative star and not even one star. If anyone knows, please let me know any corporate number and/or information where I can call to have these people held accountable.

Manny & Olga has been around since the ‘70s, and besides pizza, they offer sides(garlic bread, french fries, pizza fries, bread stix, etc.), salads, calzones, Greek specialties, subs, and desserts. My school had a function in which Manny & Olga’s was ordered — I got to try out their cheese pizza. The crust was more on the chewier end, but it had an ample amount of cheese on top. The sauce was had a slight tang to it, but I wished it had more sauce. It was an okay pizza, and I’m glad I was able to try Manny & Olga’s out! Make sure you check out their website for coupons, as they have some great deals. +pizza +chewier crust +check the website for coupons/deals +online ordering available +delivery available

Ordered pizza at 8pm. Called at 9pm to check on it. Person who answered phone said«it was on the road now.» I asked how he knew who I was? He said it comes up when he answers. I called again at 10pm when it did not arrive. They said he would be there in 5 minutes. I asked if he could tell me my address to make sure they actually had it. He couldn’t give me my information. I then gave it to him, and he said that my order was never actually placed for being outside of their delivery zone. I used their website to place my order and this is the store it gave me. The pizza might be good, but not worth if if you don’t know if you’ll ever get it.

Man, you snobby DC people are HARSH and sure live up to the reputation of stuck-up and hard-to-please. It’s PIZZA, people. The delivery service is efficient with very cordial individuals — no, it’s not Jimmy Johns, sometimes they take more than 20 minutes, but always under 45 in my experiences, even late on weekend nights. The pizza is amazing. Lots of variety and options. I can’t comment on anything but the pizza but have been wanting to try a calzone. I had a really wonderful experience in buying a friend a gift card since this is one of his favorite places. I couldn’t make it down to DC to buy the gift card, so I left a message asking how to go about getting a card. They called me back almost instantly, left me messages, and then they took my info over the phone, mailed it to me and I received it within two days of our phone call. Very professional of them. Oh, and the pizza is amazing. All of you people need to seriously lighten up.

I’m from New York and when I came to visit we ordered the pizza and it was terrible. Any dollar slice in ny is better. It tasted like it was from the freezer, deep deep deep in the freezer. Idk how the other food is but stay away from the pizza

These people are incompetent liars. I ordered pizza and called ahead to ask how long it would take to get here. «30−40 minutes», they told me. Okay. 1 hour later I call, asking where my food is, and they lie to me, saying that they called my phone, but there was no answer. Not true, but maybe they have the wrong number?. When I asked to confirm the phone number, they gave me a number 1 digit off from my actual one. I checked this claim against the one I sent digitally, and guess what: I sent the right number after all. I asked again how long it would take to get the food, and they then said they had no one to drive, and that it should take over 30 minutes. No thanks. I cancelled the order; they can take the loss. Never ordering from them again.

Oh. My. God. I’m writing this while eating the«Juicy Lucy» burger. It’s that good. I order from this location at least once a week. Their gyros are delicious, the carrot cake is fantastic, the mozzarella sticks are to die for. The juicy Lucy burger is SOGOOD. I haven’t tried the pizza yet because I’m not a huge pizza fan anymore(law school gives it to us at least twice a week). Their delivery drivers are always super courteous and fast. I love this place!
