Pretty decent. I’d say 3.5 stars. It’s a fairly attractive space, and the crêpe was decent. Not the best, but not the worst either.

Best dessert crêpe I’ve ever had and eclectic and charming café atmosphere is as equally appealing. Treat yourself!

I’m no crêpe connoisseur, but I liked what I ate at Point Chaud: warm, silky crepes that were light in texture, strong enough to hold in quite a few toppings, and quite flavorful, too. There are so many options to choose from; between sweet and savory, your head might just spin. If you’re hungry, consider going for one of each — one is plenty(I was very satisfied with my spinach and cheese crêpe), but it’s so fun to top it off with a nutella-drenched crêpe that it’s hard to resist. Seating is a bit cramped and there is no table service — it’s counter ordering and table delivery by a numbers system. You can sit outside, weather permitting, which is a nice option, especially in this spotless part of town.

Wasn’t impressed at all, order a small cup of coffee with shot of espresso and skim milk, unfortunately I didn’t get the coffee how I ordered it. No expresso shot and no milk, I ordered almond croissant the server forgot it. Don’t go there!

straight up, I’ve made better crepes at home. so I was trying to eat my crêpe with the plastic fork and knife that point chaud provided to me and that just wasn’t working out so i ended up unrolling my crêpe and reconstructing it as a burrito and that little decision made my overall crêpe experience about ten times more enjoyable.(i still don’t think crepes are supposed to be chewy though?!) service was friendly but a bit slow. the homemade gelato did not taste homemade. point chaud isn’t bad but i probably won’t come back.

Below average coffee and the crêpe was terrible. We had the banana and nuttella. I didn’t think you can mess that up. The banana and nuttella was fine. However the crêpe itself was rubbery. The venue seem a bit out dated. Don’t think we will come back.

If you are looking for fluffy and light crêpes stuffed with your favorite fillings, look no further! I split a honey, banana and almond power crêpe with my boyfriend and it was so amazing that we fought for the last bite! Watching the staff spreading the batter on the steamy hot iron round adds to the whole experience. Reminds me so much of the crêpe I had in Paris from the street vendors. Can’t wait to go back again and try the savory crêpes!

The banana and Nutella crêpe was terrific! The coffee was ok but after eating the crêpe I’m in a bit of a food coma. Enjoying just sitting here with my caffeine. The door wall is cool too

As crêpe places come and go the quality seems to suffer with every new incarnation. This place seems to buck the trend. Typical 60+ choices of crepes from sweet to savory. Nutella and strawberry was top notch.

Horrible. I got blueberry and for the price, it was pretty laughable. It hardly had any blueberries in it — extremely sparse! The blueberries were tasteless and most were old and wrinkled. Also the crêpe itself was rubbery and too chewy. As well as the fact they added sugar to the crêpe itself. ICK! Worst crêpe I’ve ever had.

Good location, cool design and pretty large selection. Got«King Samm» crêpe with Nutella and bananas. It was very delicious. Def will return again. Only reason I gave 4 stars– cashier was unfriendly and unwelcoming– no smile, greeting or thank you.

Got the strawberry crêpe. The crêpe itself tasted buttery and the strawberries were fresh. I think it could use some whipped cream but, other than that, no complaints.

This place is a gem! It was my favorite of all the places we ate breakfast on our week vacation in DC. I had a savory crêpe for breakfast. It was with spinach, green onions, mushrooms and feta cheese… delish!!! The ingredients were all fresh and just lightly steamed in the heat of the crêpe alone which I rate 5⁄5 stars. My hubby had the ham, feta cheese and egg savory crêpe and he gave it 4⁄5 stars. Savory creeps range from $ 5.75 to $ 8.95 in price. We shared a sweet crêpe after and it was amazing. We went with the strawberry, banana and Nutella that is raved about on the other ratings we read and it was worthy of all the praise. Sweet crepes were from $ 4.25 to $ 9.85. They also have excellent espresso and cappuccino. We recommend this place highly. It is moderate in price but an excellent value for the quality of the food and service!
