I would give them 5 stars, except this location does not allow you to redeem rewards. BUT because of this, the barista kindly offered to upgrade my drink size without me asking because I couldn’t get my free drink here. Very pleased with the customer service of this employee.

Typical Starbucks, busy and crowded. Staff can be hit or miss. Numerous occasions I’ve ordered something to have one employee say all out and another to say they’ve got it. Don’t know if it’s due to laziness or miscommunication.

Extremely friendly morning staff– especially the morning manager! I don’t know his name, but he always remembers my order. Because I order a grande and have a venti reusable Starbucks cup, a lot of people give me a hard time about using it. (Just fill it up only part way?!? Why is this so hard?) The morning manager never hesitates to use my cup (and he usually fills it up pretty high).
The only draw back is that they don’t have a scanner for the Starbucks iphone app, but they always type it in manually. Also, today I was up for a free Starbucks reward drink, and because they can’t redeem it at this location, the morning manager gave it to me for free, anyway!

The platinum blonde barista messed up my order. I asked for a tall green tea frapp half-​sweetened. She even repeated «half-​sweetened» and nodded in acknowledgement, asked for my name, and… didn’t write anything on the cup. My drink came out fully sweetened — I can’t really blame the guy who actually made it because she didn’t mark the cup (how would he have known?). Also, she yanked the whipped cream can from him at the end and skimped on the whipped cream. The whipped cream is my favorite part of ordering frappuccinos, so that made me pretty sad.
Also she didn’t know that Lucky Dozen Rewards for Gold members can be used for any single item, including food items. She tried to tell me that it was only usable for drink purchases. It wasn’t until she ran my bistro box through the register and the reward went through did she seem to accept that it didn’t only apply for drinks.

Friendly! They have long lines but they get through them fast. Great atmosphere to hang around and use a laptop. I don’t think they have free wifi though.

Small Starbucks but good service here. Not a lot of seating and located across from the Barnes and Nobles building, sort of. My go to is a iced caramel macchiato with soy. A little sweet but they make it good. Rather go here than the fake Starbucks in B&N! Don’t go there for coffee at all! Good spot to just break open the laptop and work as well as people watch. Also, if your bored, H&m is right down the street. Great location!

I would give them 4 stars, clean, well merchandised with breakfast items and drinks. Service was just right on, quick and friendly. Clean place too. Music just right too. Good Latte.
They run it well.

Two stars, one for the quick service and one for the decent (normal Starbucks) food. However, the two people who usually work here are extremely rude. Not what you expect at Starbucks. The first time I thought it was a fluke but I came back again and they were rude again!!! Horrible customer service.

Good friendly service, the product was good even better had a gift card. The strange thing is that the notoriously inflated prices of starbucks seemed like a good deal in the over priced DC area.

The Starbucks itself is typical — normal fare, good service, etc. The setting is WAY classier than average, though, with tons of comfy seating, classy décor, much more space than normal, and generally cleaner environs. A very pleasant place to grab a dirty chai with a friend (if you don’t mind chain coffee.)

Quite a busy store for being where it’s located. It’s your typical Starbucks metro area coffee shop. The service was good but the quality in beverage were not up to par. I am a Starbucks partner, so I have an idea of how it’s suppose to taste.

I like Starbucks. For the most part the coffee is consistent, hot, and the customer service is usually above average. The only negative is some of the more popular locations run out of seats.

So convenient, I love when a hotel has a Starbucks on the premise. They have the usual treats, pound cake, muffins, whoopie pies. Serve is great and there is a huge amount of seating. I can not start my day without my white chocolate mocha!
