Really poor customer service at this Subway. He was talking on the phone with his ear buds in his ears while trying to take my order in the process. Seriously, who does that at work when you’re in a customer service position? Granted it isn’t that busy, but there were still 3 customers in line to get their food and he was doing this.
To make matters worse, he kept asking to me repeat what I wanted because of the person on the phone kept trying to talk to him. It was pretty apparent he wasn’t paying attention to what he needed to be paying attention to.
Tacky on their part and terribly sad on Subway’s part to hire a careless employee.

At Subway, you pretty much get what you pay for… However, note that chips and drink will set you back by $ 3 bucks, a lot considering a 6″ is only $ 4 and a footlong is $ 6!

I agree with the first two previous comments. The staff is unfriendly/​unintelligible and I’ve seen them slap sandwiches together. Literally. Stay away!

Surly staff. Or maybe they’re just folks with no people skills. Wilted veggies. The highest bread to meat/​condiment ratio I’ve seen at any Subway. I’ll just walk to the other Subway 3 blocks away.

Stay away from this Subway. For starters, the location is dingy as it’s underground. Add to that, spotty service and often unintelligible «sandwich engineers». Head two blocks NW for a better Subway.
