Good place. The bibim bap was pretty good and authentic(Sorry, Wayne K.) Sushi was cut thin but decent. For a sushi buffet, you could do a lot worse and spend a lot more. $ 10 would get your full on either. However, I think they closed down. Very nice staff and the little Korean grandma would often give me big portions and miso soup for free.

It gets the job done. I agree with the other reviewer who said it’s a step up from grocery store sushi. But sometimes that’s all you need. The people there are lovely, and the sushi’s adequate, and I find myself in there frequently for a quick to-go lunch by the office. Save yourself from the noodles, bibimbap, etc. Over-priced and not good.

How do you give a place zero stars on Unilocal, cuz this place absolutely deserves it. I got sucked in by the guy on the street passing out a flyer stating they have sushi and bibimbap. I was seeking some Korean food so I thought I’d give the bibimbap a try. Damn, I wish I looked on Unilocal first. It’s pretty rare that I can’t finish my food. I mean, I’ll pretty much eat anything just to get full, but this place was gross! I couldn’t eat half of what I got. The food was SUPER salty. At least I hope it was salt. And the service was even worse. They must not be doing well since they tried to up-sell me on everything from the miso soup to the carry out bag. I won’t be going back to this shithole and I recommend you don’t either. I wish I had checked Unilocal earlier and could have saved myself $ 11 bucks!

Caveats:(1) I’ve only ever had the sushi and miso soup here and(2) I’ve only had the sushi from the serve yourself sushi bar(pay by weight). Sushi is about a half a step up from grocery store quality and cut much thinner than any rolls I have ever had. If you go after 2 in the afternoon the self-serve sushi is pretty picked over, but I am sure they will make you whatever you want. The miso soup is ok, it comes free with the sushi, otherwise I would never order it.
