If I could give a lower rating and have the review show up I would do that. Do not stay here unless you want to give your money to folks that care nothing about hospitality. We came to check in and waited 20 min for service in line. The agent at the front desks only acknowledged the rest of us in line by saying she had computer trouble but never once apologized about the wait. Flash forward 20min and I mention aren’t you going to apologize about the wait and she said she had. WRONGANSWER! Even if she had(which she had not) that is the time you say it again, especially if you are thinking about the fact that someone has been waiting to check in. I also notice that there are signs everywhere here about what you can’t do and that they have the right to refuse service to anyone. I also had to ask her to tell me each room that she had booked for me. The reservation was also incorrect and I showed her my confirmation with photos and she said«we have nothing to do with the website». My 3 room reservation is already past the cancellation period. Because I am complaining she asks me if I would like to stay somewhere else. Never once is she trying to cop to the fact that I should be upset. When I mention that the cancellation deadline has past she says«it’s only $ 40». Who does this? Who hires people to do this? I tried to call choice hotels to make a complaint and was sent to a number that closes after 5pm central. DONOTSUPPORTTHISFACILITY.
