Im going to try to be as quick and to the point with this one. First of all let me say that the only reason there are two stars is because of the manager Eric. It should have been zero. But when things fell apart he did all he could as the floor manager to make it right. I can not say the same about the kitchen manager. I believe 90% of our problems stemmed from the kitchen and the kitchen manager stood there twirling a football and flirting during the duration of our time there. We arrived at 8:15 and waited over 45 mins for our appetizers and drinks. The apps came out all wrong and so did all of our entrees after multiple times asking for our orders. There is no point in going into further detail because you will stop reading. It was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had and I hope TK management reads this and plays back the video of how the staff was acting at after 8:15 on Feb 12 and addresses these issues. I will give this place another chance only because of how apologetic and understanding the floor manager was when the kitchen manager dropped the ball, but not that football.

Its okey. The food aint that good. Its just a simple bar food. We sat at the bar top to have a kicker serving but not even. This girls care more about flirting & their looks more then to please the guest. We didnt even have silver ware to eat our food. They take for ever to come back to you. It was upseting never again.

Let me start by saying that my first waitress was very good. She asked if we would mind closing out because it was the end of her shift. No problem. But from the half time of the Steelers game til the end no one else came to the table. That is not customer service –That is why I will never be a customer there again

I have been to this Tilted Kilt probably two or three times now. I have had consecutively good service. The waitresses are really nice and the food is really good. I like the wings and the garlic parmesan fries. You won’t leave hungry and you can get giant towers of beer which is always fun. This place is worth while.

Service was unattentive, the garage doors were up letting the smoke from the smokers outside billow in and the food was mediocre at best. Ive been to many other TK’s, but his one was by far the worst.

I’m very disappointed that I have rate this place so low, I had high hopes. It took 20 minutes for anyone to even come to our table for drink orders, then when we put them in another 10 minutes later a different waitress came over and asked if we had been helped. Someone else brought us our drinks 5 minutes after that(FYI don’t ever order a martini here, stick to beer) one at a time which was interesting. Yet another waitress came over for food orders which did come out pretty quick, at least the apps did.(Don’t get mozzarella sticks, gross.) The wings were pretty good and they had a lot of TVs with sound which obviously is a plus but it was a Saturday night and they weren’t busy at all(thus the disappointment in service). Apparently the burger is good but the steak salad was pretty terrible. Our final waitress was very nice but that wasn’t enough to make up for the bad experience. :(

We went there for lunch hour(60 mins) and wound up being there for almost 2 hours(120 mins) with NOFOOD and a practically empty bar. Never going there again.

Hot chicks in plaid skirts, good atmosphere, beer, big screen t. v’s, what’s not to love? Last night was my first time here at any TKs all together. This place seemed great at first, but after I ordered my food my rating plummeted 45 minutes later. The food here taste pretty good, I decided to go with an Irish dip sandwich, that I saw a picture of on Unilocal. It only took about 15 to 20 minutes to arrive. I know because I kept checking my watch. If the bar is busy, I won’t mind, but holy crap! I don’t know if my bartender was new or something, but she basically disappeared. At one point I had to flag her down for ketchup. For a restaurant I’ve gotten better service at Chick-fil-A. I wouldn’t recommend this place but I got to admit the sandwich was pretty good. Maybe I’ll try other tilted kilt locations before I write it off altogether, as first impressions go this one left a really bad taste in my mouth. Stopped by again & service was a lot better

Fish and chips were very greasy and the garlic fries were the same. Smashed slightly against the fish and grease just poured out very unappealing. Had to remove the fish and put the skin aside. Drinks aren’t bad.

Poor service. Took 20 minutes for waitress to come over because she was goofing with another table. I understand flirting but that was out of control. It wasn’t even busy. Drinks took another 10 minutes. I watched 2 people walk out for the same reason in her section. They were walking past us as if we weren’t there? Looks like there are no managers in the place just kids running whatever they want. Food was typical bar stuff but good. Don’t think they will make it their either. Seems to be a spot through the years everything had a hard time making it. Was at the Coverleaf in Caldwell last night and it is always spot on. Packed and still waitresses are right there on a drink or food.

I’ve been here twice in the past few months and both times have been disappointed. I understand what kind of place this is and don’t expect this to be anything else than an Irish pub version of Hooters, but there were things lacking that would make any restaurant undesirable. The service is slower than other restaurant/pubs, mainly because it is encouraged for these waitresses to talk and flirt with the patrons. I can overlook this sometimes, but when it took a half an hour for someone go receive his whiskey, that’s not good business. As for the food, it’s typical bar food and nothing else. The wings are still behind those from Buffalo Wild Wings and Hooters. And for a place that calls itself an Irish pub, it’s strange they don’t offer dishes like bangers & mash. Their beer selection is very standard and mainstream, and quite on the expensive side when you can go to a local bar and get all of the same domestic beers for half the price. On the plus side, they do have plenty of TV’s if you want to watch the game there, but they don’t put on the sound like better sport bars do. Overall, while I didn’t expect much from this place, it still managed to disappoint.

I’m a fan of the Tilted Kilt, and not only for the qualities prized by the superficial man, as Seinfeld might say. In rating this bar/restaurant in relation to other businesses in a similar category; 5 from me. If you haven’t been here before, think a more upscale Hooters with a Friday’s, Applebees, pub food type of menu. I’ve been to their Wayne location three times and found their food to be good as well as their drink selection. It’s a fun place to watch a sporting event given their 40+ televisions(the Mayweather/Pacquiao fight was $ 20 and included a drink voucher), the waitresses are friendly and easy on the eyes and there’s a fair amount of parking. So if you like good quality pub food, plaid skirts, and a vibrant, friendly environment, go!

I’ve been here a few times, the first time everything was perfect. however the second time my burger was soo under cooked it was inedible. & I Kno my fault but I hate sending food back. If the place was consistent with food I’d give 5 stars. It’s literally either perfect or not good. Maybe they have different chefs but If I come back, I’d get something hard to mess up like artichoke dip or nachos.

So I went here last night with some friends of mine and it was my first time ever setting foot into the Tilted Kilt. It has this overpowering feel of a Scottish Pub as soon as you walk in, with scantily clad waitresses in kilts. Y’know, the apparent essentials for a pub. When you combine beer, food, loud noises, and an overall rowdy environment, I usually have a great time. Can’t really say that applied here. We went for«Hoppy Hour» which runs from 4PM to 7PM and then 9PM to close which has a bunch of discounted appetizers and beers. Once again, I’m a college kid. «Discount» ANYTHING is going to be my favorite thing. My friends all got drinks while I simply just got a plate of Pulled Pork Sliders. See, I thought I was going to be wow’d by them since my friends rave about this place… really can’t say I was. It was kind of like your typical Pulled Pork you’d get at your Uncle’s 4th of July BBQ if it got rained out and he had to quickly buy a pound of it at Costco very last minute. If that gives you an idea. I don’t know, maybe I just had a bad experience the first time around? I mean, I’ll give this place another chance though because I stole some of my friend’s Buffalo Wings and guys, let me tell you, that stuff was POPPIN’. Like it was really good. But other than that, not really impressed by it. Plus our waitress was kind of rude and snooty which, y’know, is TOTALLY good when you want a tip. Sarcasm, by the way. I’ll give it another shot at some point but as for now, not too impressed.

Service is usually really good, our waitress was very attentive and courteous. They have tons of TV’s and food options. This is a great place to watch a game or a fight, depending on the event, there may be a cover charge. I would definitely recommend getting the pub pretzel with beer cheese dip appetizer, it has its days where the cheese is on point and other days it taste like crap. The wings are the best, always hot, delicious, meaty and always satisfy! FYI ladies, if your a jealous female, DONOT bring your man here because this place is loaded with beautiful half naked girls that will be serving you throughout your dining experience.

I am specifically writing this review based on the food… as I’m a foodie, and the food was awful. I legit wanted to throw up afterward. If the bartenders weren’t so nice, I would have given it one star. The restaurant itself is a chain, so it is what it is, I didn’t expect much. We came in for lunch, the place was pretty dead. The bartender was friendly, and personable and let us try a bunch of Oktoberfest beers, which was nice of her. They do have a decent selection of draft beers. Okay…the food… I wanted to try their beer cheese soup, thinking okay it would be cheesy and have a nice hearty broth made with Guinness. OMG disguising. I don’t think there was any real ingredients in this, all preservatives and fake substitute ingredients. It was a nasty muddy consistency, no broth at all and honestly, hard to eat. For lunch I had their spicy Southwest chicken wrap, it was gross. I wonder if the chicken was even real chicken, makes wonder if they buy from the same company as McDonalds… so bad. After I left, I felt like garbage, I really wish I hadn’t eaten anything at all. I understand it’s a chain like Hooters, so you can’t expect good food, but honestly, they could make it edible.
