Victoria’s Secret

I am very disappointed with this store and the Pink store. I hate that they separated the stores. Things were so much easier when it was all under one place. Well, thats besides the point I am going to make. I went because I received an email coupon that they were having a sale on yoga pants plus after you spend $ 65 they will give you a gift card in the amount of $ 20 to use for a future purchase. First I get there, barely no styles left and limited sizes. Then after i get there and wait on line I was told they were out of the $ 20. Why couldn’t they just give out a regular gift card. The coupon did not indicate «while supplies last». I am going to attempt to contact the corporate office to voice my disappointment in my hopes that they will fix the store’s mishap. In the meantime, they get 2 stars.

The lines are awful! Although this is common in most Victorias secrets I’ve been to. The can’t seem to figure out how to train employees to check people out faster blahh

I was at this store b/​t Christmas and New Year’s and tho it was quite busy due to the semi-​annual sale, I found the ladies that work there extremely helpul. Alvina in fitting was terrific, sizing me accurately then helping me pick out styles, etc. Another young woman on the floor, I don’t have her name, was also quite helpful getting me to checkout. In all the madness, I left my license during checkout and only realized it a couple of days later. I called the store, was told my license was being held in the safe. Many thanks to Charlene who sent my license back to me. I live ½ hr away from this store but will not hesitate to go back, thanks to the very helpful people who work there!

Called on the Sunday before the Semi Annual Sale ended on Monday to see if there were additional promotions as the sale was nearing its end. As any avid SAS shopper knows, the bras get super cheap at the end of the sale. The male rep on the phone said the sale is not going on tomorrow. Confused, I asked him if he was sure, and he replied that he was sure. Can’t wait to Pretty Woman them on MONDAY as the SALE IS STILL GOING ON. I called other stores in the area to confirm the correct sale end date and they confirmed the correct information. Poor customer service.

What woman doesn’t love Victoria’s Secret? It’s huge, it smells nice, and it’s expensive. One of my «Must-​Shop» stores in Willowbrook Mall. Friendly & helpful staff, decent stock, neat racks & dressing rooms. Usually caters to a pretty easy-​going crowd. (Though I occasionally have trouble finding sizes here.)
But, like any other VS, everything is out the window during their semi-​annual sales. Forget everything I said about neatness — chaos reigns! Bins overflowing with bras, underwear all over the place, & mayhem in the dressing rooms. On those days, I prefer to go somewhere a little less hectic (like Short Hills).
Shop during the off-​peak hours & don’t forget to get on their mailing list — you’ll thank me later!
