I go to this Wendy’s frequently, but I’m going to stop going. For the past couple of weeks that I’ve gone they seem to not get my change correct, and always forget my sauce. How am I supposed to eat fries without a sauce?! This time they got my change wrong, no sauce, and the drink seemed to be a mix of sprit and Coke, NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR! I asked for root beer. I’ve worked in fast food, and this is just wrong! Seriously will not be going back! Seems like the training is poor. And the person tried to tell me that no I didn’t give them 35 cents, that I gave was only 5 cents. Excuse me but I think I know my currency in this country! I have 35 dang cents. Ugh supper annoyed with this place lately!

After all the hype about the baconator I decided to try it …
Thoughts … Meh … I could have made one better myself …
Restaurant was clean cashier was friendly. That made the experience (4 stars)

i have to admit i have a little bias wendys being my favorite fast food place. this one is great youll be in and out at the drive thru in record time. just be sure to eat near a toilet as wendys is a natural diuretic

Worst service I have ever encountered by far. I understand this is a fast food establishment but at least mediocre service is okay. I was denied with 20 basketball Allstar kids at 10:40pm. In addition I was told to go to a mc Donald or I hop by the manager her self. I get that they were ready to close but there are many other ways to have handled that situation. Never EVER will go back !!! Ps. Gave 1 star bc you have to give a rate.

It is your usual fast food joint. They are quick, cheap, and convenient. Come here for lunch. Usually get my spicy chicken sandwich. This place is above your typical fast food experience, I will recommend coming here.

I went to this Wendy’s a few years ago and never came back. So now I’m here and it all became clear to me. Their food, great. Their customer service is very good. They also mess up on your order. My husband got a pretzel bacon burger. No cheese. They put cheese on it. We also got 2 med. frostys. They gave us a small and the guy said he charged us for a small. And I’ll tell u this a med. is not much bigger than a small. Won’t come here anymore

This place gets busy. The drive thru line is a little slow, but the food is good and fresh.
And it’s definitely on Route 46 — not 23 — as someone else stated.

Little Neck, NY
Your typical Wendy’s experience, however I’d like to let people know you can take the back roads through some neighborhood past rt46 and come up into the parking lot. This way you don’t have to deal with 46 and all the traffic and cars flying by you. Before you head here, check with your favorite map. It saves so much time and aggravation.

**I think their address should be Rt23 North, not route 46N**
But anyhow, they do a pretty good job at the Rt 23 North location of Wendy’s, especially considering how crowded they get! They really keep the line moving, and for a fast food place, the food is pretty good and reasonable too. My only complaints are the bathroom is usually filthy, and pulling out of there onto Rt 23 is a bitch!
