Enjoyed brining my family on Saturday. The food came out fast. Our server was knowledgeable and friendly. The tea flight was delicious and we loved having peanuts on the table.

Not my favorite place to go in Waynesboro. The menu options are fairly limited and they don’t seem to change very often. However, the food ordered is always prepared well and we’ve never had an issue with service.

Logan’s Roadhouse was a well addition to waynesboro although they aren’t my favorite place to eat they do have great bread as well as bacon cheese fries that are very good in flavor

First and last time I will visit. The service was terrible and so was the food. Staff was no where to be found and it was not busy at all. I would not recommend eating here.

It was Sunday directly after Church hours here in the bible belt and there wasn’t a single eatery in town that wasn’t packed with people. Everywhere my mom and I went to try and eat was too ridiculously packed with people to even consider. That was except for Logan’s road house. I knew there had to be a reason such a huge place was so dead during such a busy time and I was hungry enough to find out… I found out alright. The server was an older grumpy lifer of a waitress. as unwelcoming and unfriendly as they come. She was the kind of waitress that didn’t give a damn about food or people but stayed in the buissness anyway because she had five kids. You see this everywhere, people working in food that don’t give a damn about it and have no buissness being in it. What if a carpenter did that? Or if a Dr. Or a surgeon did that? Just because a job doesn’t take years of college doesn’t mean that it should be done with any less passion or care for the craft. This opinion of mine becomes far more fortified as I describe what happened next… The grumpy, tired old waitress burned my mom with a mushroom skewer! That’s right! You read correctly! My mom didn’t like her side and decided to switch to the metal, mushroom Laden skewer that I had ordered… The grumpy waitress stomped it out and plopped it ungraciously on the table and walked away. My mom grabbed it and Unilocaled. the skewer was red hot and had burnt her hand. Having been in the restaurant buissness since before the towers went down, I was mortified! Never in all of my carreer have I ever heard of a restaruant injuring a customer like that before. I expected the manager to be as mortified as I when I flagged him down and explained what happened. His reaction was enough to make me want to burn the place down… when I told him what happened he said, well the skewers are from the grill so they’re going to be hot. Then he touched the base of the skewer feighning caution as if explaining in a mocking way that he thought we were lying or at least exaderating. To put it in a nutshell… He was just gerneraly being a tottal cavalier a**hole about it. I was so p*ssed and still am p*ssed about what happened that the 25 $ gift card and appology that eventually came in the male was not nearly enough to calm the embers that are my rage! In conclusion, Not only did Logan’s burn my mom with a metal skewer, they acted like it wasn’t the single, most worst possible thing you could do to your customer. I guess Its somthing that should be expected from a place that thought it would be a great idea to give out peanuts wich is one of the most common and most deadly food alergens out there and have its customers throw the shells all over the floors and every where. The General feeling about Logan’s is its the employee that the rest of the workers are just waiting for to give up and quit. It doesn’t belong in the restaruant buissness and never has. It’s most likey the result of some rich a**hole trying to make a buissness out of somthing he has no real feel for or knowledge of

Went today at 11am. Everything was fresh and hot. We tried the zucchini fries and they were delicious. Atmosphere and waitress very attentive and friendly. Great atmosphere. The steak was great, rib eye and filet mignon.

I don’t get all the bad reviews either. We always go for lunch and have had no issues like the others complain about. I usually get the buttermilk breaded chicken breasts. Delish! We r going there tomorrow again!

Not good in any sense. We’ve tried it 3 times since it opened and its sad its so bad because elsewhere we’ve been and lived we used to love this chain. We were so excited one was coming here but it is nothing like we remembered. The steaks are gristly and unseasoned, the salad clearly from a bag, entrée dishes very bland, even the baked potato was nasty. Service was very slow 2 out of 3 times we’ve been there. We wanted to think it was just a bad night but after 3 tries we can’t give it any more chances. Texas Roadhouse in Harrisonburg is worth the longer drive and does it right for a chain steakhouse. THIS Logan’s could learn from them.

Just poor service. Out of basic foods. Even the peanut bucket was empty. Understaffed. Filled with dirty tables. Very slow. The dessert came out not at all as ordered and it took 15 minutes to even start solving it. We’ve had decent experiences here in the past, but obviously management has given up.

Prime rib more like 2nd rate ribeye. More fat and gristle than meat. I got better ribeyes at the grocery store than this Replacement(ordered NY strip instead) didn’t show until my partner was done with his dinner. And that one was sour, like the meat had started to spoil. Sent it back. Went home. Made grocery store ribeye. Wonderful waitress however. Attentive and friendly.

Been here several times, first time I let it slide, but after about 3 episodes of just ridiculously pathetic service it’s time to stop going there. Three in our party ordered steaks, all three were plated wrong. The two sirloins were a joke. They appeared to have been ripped apart by hand and served in a mangled fashion. All of our side items were swimming in blood. Terribly undercooked pathetic excuses for a «steak». And they charged us for 3 filet mignon’s. The cook clearly does not know medium well. WON’T be back!

Absolutely wretched Service is meh. Food is not good. Don’t like the waitress finger fucking my food and carrying my silverware in her arm pit. Not going back there.

Came here tonight with my girlfriend and were very hungry and excited to eat. We walked in and were greeted kindly and seated… Then it started down hill. We sat for about 15 minutes and no one came, when they did it was a waitress from another section and she said I will help you until someone else comes over. she brought us bread and 2 waters, then about 10 minutes later our waitress came over and we ordered some nachos as an appetizer. About 10 minutes later they came out warm almost cold, like they have been sitting and someone else brought them… not our waitress. Our waitress came and said she had been waiting back there for them the whole time, what an excuse-they were horrible by the way. Then some time had passed and we needed refills, bread and some napkins. So I walked up front and asked one of the hostesses that were there for some help. Finally the food came out. Guess what? It was cold; like it has also been sitting. The steaks were bland and had no seasoning, nothing… The shrimp had zero taste, other than the 6 pounds of salt that they put on it. The mashed potatoes would’ve been good, if they had been warm. The bread was good, so we basically just ate that. The waitress disappeared for a good while, was apparently on break, and another waitress came up to us to see if he needed our check because she saw that we had been waiting. Needless to say, this will be our last time there.

My first experience here was not good. They messed up our order and the food just wasn’t spectacular and it was expensive. So we never went back. But… they had a cool deal so we decided to give it another try. The deal was $ 14.99 for 2 full meals all day Monday through Wednesday. The meal selections for this deal were very nice. They had salmon, steak, chicken, and more. I personally ordered the teriyaki chicken. It came with 2 sides. I got the Caesar salad and buttered corn. The salad was huge. I was barely able to finish it. The corn was very good and my little sister ate most of it. The chicken was served over rice with a grilled pineapple slice. It was delicious, very juicy but not undercooked which is very hard to do. Also our server was very friendly and helpful. So this visit definitely changed my previous opinion. I plan on going there again.

I don’t understand all the bad reviews… After spending the whole day at Shenandoah National Park my roommate and I needed to get some dinner. It was after 9pm and after finding restaurants on our phone we decided to drive to where most of them are located. We have never been to Waynesboro, VA. We saw Applebees and were going to go there since we’ve been to Applebees many times. We saw this place and decided to look at the menu before going in, neither of us have ever been to Logan’s. After finding something for both of us we decided to try it out. It was really cute inside, very Country Bar feel. Our waitress was really nice and helped us make good drink choices. We got mozzarella sticks, which were amazing! I got a salmon, which a delicious sauce on top, my roommate got chicken tenders. This place was great and if we ever go to the National Park again, we have decided to stop at Logan’s Roadhouse since we enjoyed it so much!

Worst service I’ve ever had in a chain restaurant. Food is not prepared as ordered. Read the other reviews. We should have.

My boyfriend and I eat out pretty often, and we have started going to Logan’s more often because of the great service and food. Outback was our go to place for a steak, but I will not be upset if I never have to go there again. We gave Logan’s a shot and it was great! I always get the 9oz filet, rare with a salad and baked potato and the consistency is on point. My steak is always cooked the right way and the salad is always fresh. The staff is always nice and attentive. We will be continuing to go to Logan’s when we’re craving an excellent steak and good service!

I did not like my food here very much. It was pretty uninteresting and unappetizing. It’s disappointing when you go out to a place and it is just a net negative experience. I would not recommend it to a friend, nor would I return. On bright side: The staff are very friendly and the service was good. Peanuts and beer were just right. The restaurant was comfortable and inviting.

Corporate yuck. Thought I’d give the food a chance. My burger was dry, not served hot and likely sat under the light waiting for the sweet potato fries that were served hot but had sugar on them. There was a fried cheese thing on the burger that was crust and no cheese. This is a new restaurant in town, yet the table wobbled and the dust on the divide between sections was visible. The restrooms are located where you have to pass by kitchen entrances, interfering with servers trying to go back and forth. My wife’s Sweet N Low was unusable, apparently having gotten wet in storage. Our server found us undamaged sweetener after a couple of tries. The server was polite and apologetic for the food’s deficits, but could do little about them. There are a number of excellent restaurants in town that serve great burgers. I would’ve gone to the Tail Gate, had they been open on Sunday. There was nothing I found at Logans that would make me want to return to try a steak or their ribs. Everything indicates shortcuts, inattention to detail, freshness or quality. The corporate styling is uninspiring. Unfortunate, but unsurprising.
