Started our meal with having to track down a watress. Continued with cold bread, a tough steak and grilled chicken instead of BBQ. I.e. About what I’ve come to expect from Outback. Sometimes good. Sometimes… not so much.

I usually don’t eat at chains — the service was great. The food was average. We had a good appetizers and drinks. Of the three meats(two NY steaks and a burger) only 1 was cooked property. Just average.

Had to eat in the area and this place seemed like the best shot. Well, the food was just OK. Service was good, so no offense, but the review is for the food only. The strip I had just did not taste good, the quality of meat was bad and in the end it was not an enjoyable meal at all. Would not go again.

The new Outback décor is nice, and the staff pleasant enough, but I ordered a Victoria’s filet, medium, and was served a sirloin steak. When I asked the waitress about it, she said yes, that it was a filet, but it was funny I asked because someone else had asked the same thing earlier that day… I was starving, and didn’t want to wait any longer, so I paid filet price for my sirloin and left. Won’t be going back to this one any time soon!

Typical chain of Outback so I’ll review this particular location. The food is the same as any Outback, just blaze Steaks and typical American food. I came here since I got a gift card and they have good happy hour specials. Their house Margaritas are super delicious and only $ 4.50. Their beer specials are also pretty good. Mu husband got a giant Bud light like 24oz or more for also $ 4.50. They also have some pretty cool new cocktails for like 4 – 5 bucks that seem pretty good. We tried the quesadilla appetizer which was pretty darn good and split a double burger which was cooked to Well. The waitress didn’t ask us how we wanted it cooked but it was a good burger. Overall good but I prefer local, non chain restaurants. But if you get a gift card it’s good to go get some happy hour drinks!

I haven’t been to outback in a quite a while but used to love them. You could always count on them for a great steak. Unfortunately, my daughter, my wife and I went last night and boy have things changed. My wife and my steaks were gristly and very unappetizing. My daughter’s salmon was bland. With a price tag of $ 100.00 with the tip, we won’t be going back. This place has really gone down hill.

Oh my god, this place has fallen. I haven’t been to an Outback Steakhouse in ages. Literally, before my 14 year old was born. What was cool and good has certainly fallen. Or at least this location. The food that I was served was absolutely horrid. It was under cooked and the meat was extremely stringy. My teenager took one bite a very expensive piece of meat and almost cried as I tried to encourage him to eat it. The appetizer was pouring fat as if the frier wasn’t hot enough. The service was sketch and the night just kept dragging and dragging and dragging. I’m done with Outback’s. I will never go there again alone or with my family.

their food is nothing special, mediocre at the least. the salad was complete soggy, j got ½ rack of ribs, if there was 6 oz of meat I would be really surprised. it’s been at least 6 months since I’ve been here and guarantee it’ll be that long before I come again. you want crappy food go on a Saturday night!!’ not again !!

Food was good, I ordered a appetizer that came with coconut shrimp and asked if I could substitute shrimp on the Barbie that runs the same price and was told no. One of the waitresses(that looked like a crackhead) was complaining to the other workers constantly about not wanting to close and not getting enough tips. She was a real downer and seemed to bring other employees down with her. Ron and Shelly at the bar were great and made great drinks

Food was amazing and our server was also great! The only thing that I was unhappy with was our waiting time. We waited about 40 minutes, there were 4 associates/greeters standing in the front, and they never checked to see how anyone waiting was, or to tell anyone that they were working on tables. But besides that I enjoyed it!

Decided to give Outback one more chance… we were tired, it was close to our hotel. They were out of many entrees including the prime rib. They were even out of baked potatoes. Outback has been going downhill, but this us our second bad experience at this one. Won’t be back. It’s a shame, they used to be predictably good.

Great service! There was a line when we arrived but the waiter asked if we didn’t mind sitting outside and we took him up on the offer. The service was great and although it was a busy night, we got our food in a timely fashion.

Being the glutton for punishment that I am I decided Outback deserved another shot. Changed the dynamic. Simpler fare(burger and fries and ribs for my companion) eating at the bar. Well I gotta tell you it was another rousing failure. Ribs were dried out; burger small and the french fry side was non-existent. I swear there were no more than 10 fries on each of our plates. So we figured we’d try an experiment. We ordered a «side» of fries. Guess what? A plate arrived with maybe 15 bland, institutional, cold fries. Argh!!! What the hell happened to Outback? Or maybe it’s just Waynesboro? Don’t know but, sadly, this franchise in an otherwise good chain is off my list.

Consistent with most Outback’s restaurants. Average food in a friendly environment. Close to several hotels in the area as well as the Highway. Easy choice for a quick meal

Everybody knows what Outback’s food is all about, so I am not going to describe that. Here are the things about our Saturday night meal that stood out. This place was bumping. Boy I am glad we did call ahead seating, which within 5 minutes of checking in, had us a seat. Great! It took our waitress around 10 minutes to get to us and take the drink orders. This seemed to be the theme of the night, as everything took a really long time. The food was standard Outback, with the exception of the soup and one of the steaks. The cook dropped the pepper bomb on both, which rendered them barely palatable. We lived with the soup, but sent the steak back for a redo. 20 minutes later, the recooked steak came back out, after the whole table had finished our meal. We asked for it to be packed up so we could take it home with us and the manager said she would take care of it and comp the dish. This is where it got ridiculous. When the bill finally came, they had charged us for the pepper-bomb steak and the redo and took off one of them. We were stuck paying for one steak that we really didn’t want and had to take home. The waitress and manager looked at me like I was ridiculous when I asked for it to come off the bill even though they had earlier said it would. Weird indeed. Anyways, standard Outback with poor customer service. YMMV.
