Excellent. Super busy today but service was great. Food quality did not suffer. Great Value. If your not into eating meat or like me love Tofu. Try the Szechuan Tofu it was very good. Overall I like this restaurant as good overall but today it was superb! Of all the Chinese out there this is always a safe bet.

With not many Chinese options near Wayzata Jade fountain provides a good close option. Family owned and very friendly. Reason for 4 stars is food is not always persistent. Sometimes my tiger pork is very over done and just a chewy fried nothing and sometimes it’s yummy, have a problem getting overdone /overcooked food. Nonetheless, lunch options are affordable and good. Tiger pork, sesame chicken, and moo sho I recommend.

The owners are very kind and their food is amazing. I never ordered so much Chinese food in the last year ever in my life since I moved to town. I know one can’t go wrong with egg rolls, but wow!!! Excellent! They make their dumplings in house so they are better than most. Their food is decadent!

I can only review it on one item… Let me back up and tell you that I have eaten here no less than 50 time and I only get the Cashew Shrimp. It is the best! No one does better take out than Jade Fountain!

I have been to Jade Garden three or four times since I moved to the Plymouth area in 2010. I have never been disappointed. I ate again there last night with my two daughters and it was fantastic. Their beef and broccoli is second to none. I recommend it.

I’m not the biggest foodie, but I’ve been around the block and I gotta say this is by far my favorite restaurant. Awesome staff and a large, delicious menu. Tiger Pork is my favorite but EVERYTHING is great

First off, let me say that this was THEBEST sesame tofu I have ever had, so I hate that I must only give this place 4 stars. Why? Well, because at the bottom of the box of tofu, I found a good portion of remnants from another dish that was nowhere near either of my orders. Like, did they not think I’d get to the bottom of the box? That was really unfortunate, but I’ll still be coming back just for the tofu dish and hoping that’s all that will be included. *Recently ordered this again for my kids. Turns out the«remnants» were actually part of the dish. Needless to say, I updated it to 5 stars because the tofu is amazing!!!

Best Chinese in the Twin Cities, hands down. The owners know our family by name and order. The food is phenomenal every time and we always get something different whenever we go. Personal favorite is the tangerine beef with an order of egg rolls. Their duck is also very good.

I think this is the best Chinese take-out in the Twin Cities. I actually live in California now and really miss Jade Fountain. My favorites are the vegetarian egg rolls, sesame tofu and vegetable lo mein(I’m a vegetarian). My wife loves the lemon chicken and wonton soup.

We thought the food was great. The service was fast and the location is great too. The Kung pao chicken was the best. Everything was fresh and quite tasty. We are picky about how food smells and were very happy that all the food had no ‘eggy’ smell. We will definitely go back!

BESTSCHEZUANBEEFINTHETWINCITIES, BARNONE. Quality has stayed top notch since the 80s. Rest of the menu is tasty as well, except for the curry chicken… not a good version of thai.

A bit expensive, and they forgot to put sauce on the side of a dish, despite request written down. Nice dining room. Fast takeout service

I have eaten here several times with my grandmother, and honestly haven’t been that impressed. The food is OK, but it certainly isn’t as good as the other reviewers on here have made it out to be. The thing I do like about this place is that you get a lot of food for your money. I also like that hot tea is served with your meal… it’s a nice touch. I have tried the sesame chicken and the broccoli chicken here. Both were OK, but I have definitely had better at other places. This place will do if you’re looking for fast and inexpensive Chinese food. If you’re looking for great Chinese food, though, I would recommend going somewhere else.

ah, jade fountain. you were my first real chinese restaurant. well, leann chin was my first, but i don’t think that it really qualifies as chinese. do you? your sesame chicken never disappoints and i love the chopped lettuce and rice puffy things that you stuff at the bottom of a take out container. i just might have to vote you the best cream cheese puffs around. damn they’re yummy. the atmosphere is family friendly, but i have to admit that I mostly do takeout. speaking of, i just might bump you up to a fifth star if you started delivering, but as i’m no longer living out west, i guess it doesn’t matter too much. but, hey, if you did, i probably would visit my parents more.

Jade Fountain is fast, and a really convenient trip. The potstickers here rock as do their sesame chicken and lo-mein options. Though I don’t eat pork anymore, their Tiger Pork is incredible and I have never seen anything like it at any other Chinese food restaurant. If you eat in, the interior is traditional Chinese but still, pretty. If you’re in the area, make this your Chinese food place!

Are you KIDDINGME? If I see another review saying that f’$&@ing RAINBOW is the best Chinese restaurant I’m going to hurl. Jade Fountain is the best. It is BYFAR the best. It’s an unassuming little storefront in Wayzata and I almost don’t want to write about it because I don’t want to have to wait for the unwashed masses when I want to go eat there but it is head and shoulders above ANY other Chinese place in the Twin Cities area. Best Bets: Tangerine Beef(HOLYMOTHEROFGOD is this delicious). Garlic Chicken(Spicy — This is NOT your average garlic chicken). Special Spiced Pork(Tender, delicious). Tiger Pork(Nothing like it in Minneapolis). Enjoy.
