Tulin-Silver Jeffrey MD PC

I’ve been a patient for more than five years. I find Dr. Tulin-​Silver to be smart, compassionate and extraordinarily competent. He takes a great deal of time, and is particularly sensitive to cost questions. I’m glad to have him, and would recommend him to anyone.

I didn’t get to step foot into this Drs office because a woman named Lisa was so incredibly rude on the phone about my insurance billing and the questions I had about what to expect regarding my bill for testing I cancelled my appointment.
She also didn’t seem to care if I cancelled my appointment or not, she did nothing to try to restore my faith in this practice.
I am sure that the Dr would care to know how much business this person has caused him to lose or maybe he doesn’t care either.
Very sad and unprofessional. Patients have a right to know what to expect on their visit and a right to not have someone with a horrible attitude treat them poorly because they are trying to budget their money.

Been seeing Dr Tulin-​Silver since 1988.
Polite, professional, at the top of the profession. There is rarely any wait.
An asthma & allergy specialist, we’ve been thru roughly three generations of improved asthma medicines together.
Early on I decided to see another doctor. Got in to see the ‘top specialist team’ at Harper.
Same drill. Told T-​S and he approved.
Recommend him without hesitation.
