I past this place every day heading to work and coming home the parking lot is always full. After 2 years of living down the corner from this place we finally decided to have dinner and it was great! Drinks were great, food came out super fast and their homemade dessert toffee cheesecake was the highlight of my day! The bar is nice and big and has a great atmosphere. I will definitely be back and regret not coming here sooner!

We come here once a month because it is so close to home but are almost always disappointed. The food is frequently either bland or uninteresting. The margaritas are light on alcohol and a sour mix. The Mac and cheese dishes are yummy but too heavy and full of calories to eat often.

Just finishing up dinner here at the Blarney Stone with my family. The food was very good and the service too. I gave four stars because the wings were really tiny. But I spent a lot time in Buffalo, NY so I can be a little judgmental. But it was great to go out and support a local restaurant.

Went to Blarney Stone on Sunday 4⁄24 around 5pm. The place had a total of 15 people inside. I had my 8 year old nephew with us. The hostess sat us and the waitress come over to let us know they ran out of kids menus and the manager is getting more. Ten minutes later the waitress tells us that the manager was too busy to get us a kids menu! Really! She proceeded to tell us what was on the menu. I ordered wings, they were tiny versions of wings. My nephew had the Mac and cheese from the verbal kids menu was bland. Every time we go in their it’s like are money isn’t good for them. The waitress was excellent that’s about it.

This was about a week ago. They told us it would be 30 minutes for a table; 30 minutes later I saw two empty tables waiting to be cleaned. After ten minutes of watching the staff stand around chatting to each other, we asked how much longer and was told that they were running behind on cleaning(clearly they had more important things to discuss than clean). Ten minutes later we were seated. We placed our order and a little while later we saw a man in a button down shirt walk out with the food, look at us and then walked back into the kitchen. A short while later the waitress came out with the food. Out of 3 meals, 2 were perfect but the burger was not. The burger was supposed to be medium rare but came out far well done to the point of it being burnt all around like they took a blow torch to the whole thing.

Tried to eat here for my sister’s birthday and I was less than impressed with the service we received. I got to the pub an hour before everyone else since I figured it would be packed on St. Patrick’s day and it was. I asked for a table for 10 which I knew would take a while since they were so busy and understandably so. I was told 45min– 1hr, fair enough, so I left my name and number and they were going to call me when the table was ready. 45minutes later I enquire as to the status of our table and was told another 45min-1hr wait was needed to accommodate us. 20 min or so later I ask if it were possible to split our group into 2 smaller groups thinking it would be easier to seat us that way. We were told they would see what they could do. The whole time I had been waiting I had seen several groups come and go that were being helped before my group. I was 2nd on the wait list and by the time I left the entire wait list was filled out and most of the people on the list, except my group had been waited on. We even tried being seated inside and outside. After waiting at least 3 hours without being waited on, my group left. Throughout the course of the night I never received a phone call letting me know my table was ready. I find the whole situation very disrespectful and disappointing. I have no intentions of returning to the Blarney Stone as the first impression was very disappointing. I can’t comment on the food or drinks as I did not have the opportunity to try them, but I can say that the wait staff needs a few lessons in customer service.

I love this place! Drinks don’t cost and arm and a leg, and the food is amazing. This is my go to place for food/drinks. Customer service and bartenders are great. Very relaxed and comforting environment. I would recommend this to anybody.

Solid Irish food. It’s a bar– so food isn’t culinary delight IMHO, but solid spot for happy hour

Pretty much the best wings I’ve had since I left South Jersey! Great atmosphere and great food. They are so good I even got them for Valentine’s day dinner :)

I’ve been going to the Blarney Stone for over 10 years, have been through a lot of the changes they have made, and they get better every time. I really think this place deserves 5 stars. Some people like to go to the loud bars that are overcrowded and filled with blasting music and obscene people. Others like to go to a bar and be able to just chill. The Blarney Stone is for you if you are one of those who like to chill. When I first started going to the Blarney Stone over 10 years ago, they were completely different on the inside. The bar and the floor were both covered in peanut shells. You would walk in and there were containers that had peanuts all over for free. Grab your drink and eat some peanuts! There was also a small stage in the back for bands, video games(golf, bowling), and a foosball hockey table. Since then they have totally redone the place. No more peanuts. No more video games or foosball hockey. They are now a grown up bar and I really like it! I liked it back then too, but I love it now. They have a front and rear entrance and a decent amount of parking. When you walk in you will see the dining room to your right, a small seating area to the left, the bar in the middle and more seating in the rear. Plenty of room and plenty of TVs too! If you are a sports fan, you will always find something on the many TVs surrounding the entire place. If you are a smoker they have a designated smokers area in the rear of the building that is covered so you can handle your business in the rain. No smoking up front! I like that! There is nothing worse than trying to enter a building and having to walk through other people’s second hand smoke. The staff is always fast and courteous. I’ve never had a problem with any of them. They have an incredible selection of craft beers, both on tap and in bottles. Make sure you ask for their beer list when you get there and also check out the beer wall for more info. The food is incredible too! Not your average Irish bar food. I can tell that the chef takes pride in the menu he offers there. I have had so many things throughout the years. They change the menu maybe once a year so some of the things I have had in the past might not be on the menu. Everything is always fresh and super tasty. I will list some of the foods I have had in the past that I highly recommend. French Onion Burger(Swiss, sharp provolone, and parmesan cheeses, french onion sauce and frizzled onions). This is probably the best burger I have ever had anywhere. I get mine made medium. The burger is juicy and thick. The cheese is melted all over. The buns are soft and fresh. I order mine with their amazing onion rings. The onion rings are fried perfectly and very tasty. Fish and Chips(Fresh cod in a crisp lager batter, pub fries, and homemade coleslaw. Side of caper dill tartar sauce). Best fish and chips ever! They are fresh. I mean FRESH! The outer layer is not overly fried and the fish inside is super soft and melts in your mouth. So so so so good! If you see someone else eating them, you end up wanting to try them yourself. That’s how I got addicted. Delicious! Conch Fritters(A Bahamian tradition, sweet shellfish, celery, red onion and coconut lime sauce). Never had these anywhere before and I am totally hooked. The coconut lime sauce really makes the flavors jump out. Buffalo Wings(organic, free range). Everyone talks about their wings. They aren’t huge, but they are cooked perfectly and bursting with flavor. Speaking of flavor, they have a bunch of different options including meek, medium, hot, suicide, bee sting(spicy honey BBQ), Caribbean jerk, sweet Thai chili, or garlic parmesan. Every Monday night they have 50 cent wings so make sure you get out there to give them a try. If trivia is your thing they have Name That Tune on Tuesday nights and Quizzo on Thursday nights. The weekends usually have some kind of band playing in the back. I recommend this place. It’s good for friends, family, and even young ones. Check them out when you can and let me know what you think!

Their wings rock. Been going for 4 years now and can’t say I’ve gotten anything but their wings but that are so good!

I stopped in at the Blarney Stone during my lunch hour to grab a bite, I had the Wasabi shrimp Alfredo, and it was really amazing, the portion size was just perfect, it was very filling. It was the best pasta dish I have ever had. It was different than all other pastas I have had at other restaurants in the area. It had mushrooms, tomatoes, edamame, shrimp tossed in a creamy wasabi Alfredo sauce. It’s a new take on classic dish. A definite MUSTTRYDISH.

While the food and bartenders are good, management is completely indifferent. My 22 year old son took my 9 year old here On Friday night for dinner(he was babysitting do there is no possibility he was partying in west Chester). He accidentally left his card after he paid, and an additional $ 350 in charges was run up in West chester at various bars. Having eaten here frequently, we informed the manager when we were there on Sunday night. His complete indifference to the fact that a member of his staff might be a thief with stunning. While I’ve enjoyed this restaurant dozens of times I will think twice before going back. Buyer. Beware.

So how many Irish Pubs are there in America? 10,000? 100,000? More? I’ve been to a bunch and most of them offer forgettable bar food. This place is a delightful exception! The ATMOSPHERE is classic Irish Pub with the dark wood and slightly subdued lighting but there are a couple of twists here. The fit and finish inside is very high quality and everything is extra clean. It just feels classy! You’ll know exactly what I mean when you visit. I sat at the bar and had solid CUSTOMERSERVICE. I happened to hit a shift change and I had already paid bartender #1. Even though I ordered nothing from bartender #2, he was also attentive. Nice! The menu and FOOD here will likely surprise you in a good way. How often do you see Duck Bolognese Cavatappi or Sweet and Savory Bacon flatbread with date purée in a pub? If the chef gets any more creative, folks are going to start tossing around the term«Gastropub!» I can never resist Deviled Eggs($ 5.75) so I enjoyed them as an appetizer. They looked so good they were gone before I had a chance to take a picture. Other reviewers had praised the Black Angus Burgers so I went with the«All In» version($ 11). It included chili, cheddar and a fried egg. It was very very good, cooked correctly and massive. It came with homemade chips that needed seasoning but were otherwise just fine. If you are looking for a pub experience in the Western Burbs, add these folks to your list.

My lady recently moved to this area and every time I drove by I knew it was busy so it had to be good, right? Overall I’d say yes. Mostly hits with one big miss. Had to start with their famous chicken wings. Organic, never frozen. Medium buffalo had enough heat. Got order of 10 but one piece looked really scary like a zombie Chicken wing so that was left uneaten. The miss was the onion rings. Despite being told these were not frozen that was not the case. There is NOWAY these aren’t frozen and then fried. We hardly touched them. My lady got a salad. She loved it. I’m a sucker for a great Mac and cheese and their bacon/Tomatoe was delicious — the highlight of the meal. I did take that to go and we ate it the next day and it was great. She had 2 glasses of wine and I tried one of their drink concoctions(too sweet) and then a bottle of the now famous Not Your Fathers Root Beer which at 5.9% alcohol was very tasty. Service was fair. Could have been better. We shall return to try the burgers which looked great on the menu and the in-house made roast beef. It’s a nice place with a great beer list and an above average bar menu. They have been there for years and take pride in what they do.

The only Irish bar in existence that has excellent food! From organic wings to amazing burgers paired with the perfect craft beer. The Blarney Stone keeps it simple, stylish, and social. Every time I go, I end up meeting someone new.

This is my friend’s neighborhood watering hole and I have had the pleasure of joining her here for a few different occasions. The tap list is not that extensive, but they make up for it in bottles. On my last trip, I got to eat here too. At the suggestion of the bartender, I went with their burger. It was really good. You could tell it was freshly made and I really didn’t need to add anything to it other than cheddar cheese. The bartenders are super friendly and attentive. I can see why folks keep coming back here.
