Place has«For Lease» signs plastered all over the window. Unsure if it’s still in business

Unfortunately, this store has closed already. I drove from the valley to get some parties only to find out that they have permanently closed. I will miss you Goldilocks.

I happen to be in the area and what’s a better way to have snacks the pinoy way… Goldilocks!!! Craving for brazo de mercedes and halo halo in this hot Cali weather, so yummy! Sugar overload but it’s worth it!

Very disappointed. Loved Goldilocks before since I have fond memories associated with Goldilocks when I was in the Philippines. Not worth the price. Too expensive. The white rice is terrible. The lechon kawali was expensive and the servings was small for the price. The flan was not that great considering that Goldilocks is known for the desserts. The boba drink was the worst boba I’ve tasted. I think it’s not fresh. It’s so hard and does that taste thai tea at all. So sad overall with the experience. What happened Goldilocks?!

Not recommended. Very disappointed. Ordered beef steak, palabok, sisig, fresh lumpia, kalamansi juice and halo halo. The rice sucked, how can you mess up on cooking rice? Come on?! It wasn’t sticky rice, it was cooked with way too much water or something. Sisig has liver and the meat was hard. Kalamansi juice has a very bitter after taste. Everything else is just ok. I won’t be a repeat customer.

Decided to try again Goldilocks’ Mocha cake today, August 8, 2015 and the cake tasted old. Not fresh at all. The icing tasted spoiled. My family threw it away. So different when I used to buy them from their old store which is now Leelins. So back to Red Ribbon where the merchandise turnover is faster. Goldilocks, you just lost an old customer for life. Bye. Never cheat people to make a few bucks by selling old stuff. This is not the first time they sold me old pastries. Their Vermont St. LA store once sold me ensaymada with mold in them. I should have learned from past experience.

Terrible service. Down sized from when they were across the street. Is not aware of the Unilocal special for Provolone 6+1 so be sure to ask!

Goldilocks used to be good now not anymore. Sagot gulaman used to be good now not anymore. Sago or tapioca is always hard. Why. They reuse the leftovers and put them to fridge. The reason why sago are always hard. WHYDONT U MAKESAGOEVERYDAY? Its very easy. FOODOVERPRICEDANDALLTHEDESSERTS. DESSERTSAREGOODBUT U HAVETOPAYTHEMWITHGOLD! So expensive. I will never eat here unless they lower the price and change their skills on food. They know better than that so they should change if. Listen to the people.

Didn’t know there was a Golilocks here, was craving chicken arroz caldo since I wasn’t feeling to well that day. Definitely one of the worst I’ve ever tasted, was bland, seemed like it was left there for a while since it was not warm when I started eating. homemade is always best so I cannot compare it to my nanays, but the restaurant before Goldilocks had a delicious Chicken Arroz Caldo. Also ordered their Lumpias for my coworkers to try since they have been asking about them for weeks. Never again. Tasted stale, like they just heated it up. The staff was nice, althought the person who assisted me didn’t know what was on their menu which was not annoying. Not coming back here.

To the owner — it was mid March and my call log on my phone doesn’t go back that far unfortunately.

If there is a zero star, they will get it from me. I was standing for almost 15 minutes but nobody even acknowledge my presence. I left and went to Leelin where people are friendly and helpful.

Date of visit: 31 Jan 2015 Saturday 1:22PM Packed of people when we enter. Most tables are occupied. The lady asked us how many party are we. Less than 10 mins the lady called us. We ordered Pinakbet with Lechon Kawali. Crispy Dinuguan, Binagoongan Fried Rice Medley. Portions feeds 2 – 3 persons. But the BFRM is a almost complete meat. Feeds 2 – 4 persons. It has Binagoongan fried rice, 2 Fried Eggs, sliced slightly riped mango, some Lechon Kawali and diced tomatoes. They’re food were pretty decent. Veggies are fresh and not overcooked. I still got the crunch on the string beans.

0STAR out of 5STARS. This place is terrible. Lets break down the review to better understand why Im giving this a 0 out of 5 star ratings. Summary of reviews: THESERVICE is HORRIBLE. 0 out of 5 stars(read review below) THETASTEOFFOOD: 1 out of 5 stars(read review below) THEPRICE: 0 out of 5 stars It’s very OVERPRICED(read review below) THEDININGAREA: 0 out of 5 stars. Very small dining area(read review below) THESERVICE: 0 out of 5 star. The service is horrible. My father and I went there today. We were seated at around 1pm and left very disappointed almost 1 hour later(2pm) .We ordered our meal, appetizer and desert 10 minutes later after finally someone came up to us and asked if we have any questions. The appetizer(Calamari) and desert(Halo Halo) came in first, immediately followed by my food(palabok). However my father’s ordered did not come because THEYFORGOTTOPLACETHEORDER. 45 minutes had gone and I asked where is my father’s meal that we ordered. The manager then scurry to find the order check and gave an excuse that the printer did not print the order. EVERYONE there doesn’t seem to be very coordinated. They dont know which table goes with which order goes to. While we were waiting for our food(Appetizer, meal and deserts) Ive been asked by three different worker if they may place our order, and I simply said we already ordered, we are now just waiting for it, thank you. It’s a big mess and they have no idea how to handle«rush hour». They all, including the managers, needs better training on how to properly handle a restaurant business. THETASTE of FOOD: 1 out of 5 star. I can’t really rate the taste as like I said, half of the things we ordered NEVERSHOWEDUP, I can however rate the ones they didnt forget to give us. The appetizer(calamary) is ok. Its not the worst but it’s not the best either. I have had better ones at other Filipino fast food. The dersert HALOHALO is definitely horrible. It’s mainly composed of shaved ice with very little ingredients.(If your Filipino you will definitely agree with me on this one) My meal Palabok is also bad 1 star out of 5. It taste just like the instant palabok you can buy at the Asian grocery stores. The Price: They definitely OVERPRICED all their food. They have the price of a 5 star restaurant but they serve with less than fast food quality. The Dining Area: FORGETABOUTIT… It’s not very spacious at all as they have combined restaurant and their bakery in one. We end up canceling the«FORGOTTEN» ordered and I asked for the bill and left to go eat somewhere else. The Manager(Im assuming she is) is very apologetic and tried to give us two of their baked bun but I declined to accept it. My father selected this place as he wanted to try their food. HEISON A WHEELCHAIR and uses OXYGENTANK so we dont get to get out much and this definitely ruin the day. Well not really, I took my father to a much better restaurant upon leaving and had a much pleasant experience.

I was in the area picking up some pan de sal from Valerio’s across the street & some llaneras for Xmas leche flan, so we decided to stop by here for lunch to make it a super Filipino afternoon. I got the kare kare with white rice & bagoong, & it was on point. Service was kind of weird. There’s a sign that says please wait to be seated, but then you’re standing in line for the to-go items & no one will know you want to be seated(there’s no seater, they should really get rid of that sign). So we just sat down & waited for someone to pass by so we can ask them for service. I’m definitely going back for any home-cooked Filipino cravings I may have in the future. Would give 5 stars, but service could be better organized. They were all really nice though.

When a friend told me this was opening up I couldn’t wait to bring the fam bam there to try it as I grew up on goldilocks food :). I finally got the chance to try and the food and the service took me back to when I was a kid back in PI. The bangus, kare kare, bagoong fried rice was outstanding. The kids loved the topsilog breakfast too. To top it off the service was amazing and food came quick. Will definitely come back!

Went there with friends when I visited. Thank goodness they have a Goldilocks again over there. And the food is even much better now too! Ensaymada, yum! Palabok, yay!

Omg! What a rip off! I paid for $ 3.82 for sago gulaman and all I got was 75% shaved ice… Never again at this dump! I got mad, I threw it away… cheap bastards.

Newly re-opened Goldilocks. Overpriced items stand out from the menu. There are plenty of inexpensive Filipino food options in that area. Food was really not that good either, I was hoping that it would at least compensate for the price. Sorry, cannot really recommend this place. Go to the«other» Goldilocks. Lee Lin Bakery.
