This is only a review for the ice cream service. I remember going to Thrifty’s just for the ice cream. Either it was to go for a scoop or buying boxes to bring home. So it is nostalgic to come to the store to order a scoop, or even 2, of the classic ice cream. The associate was very attentive. I only stood at the counter for a couple seconds before he made his way over. I was so indecisive and kept him waiting. Sorry dude! But I went with a scoop of the pineapple coconut and a scoop of strawberry. Not the best mix, but both flavored were so yummy. I remember when the prices were roughly 25 – 35 cents per scoop. Now it cost me $ 2.49 for a 2 scoop in a cup.

I just left your pharmacy and I had a bad experience with the pharmacy tech Carmen. She was very rude and when I said that I called in about one of my medications she told me I can go to another pharmacy if I wasn’t satisfied. I always have good service with everyone there but today I was not satisfied

I’m more fond of their ice cream. Love their Chocolate Malted Crunch or coconut pinapple since it’s cheap and close to home.

Customer Service is horrible. I waited 10 minutes to get ice cream and the clerk ignored me when I asked for help, I walked out. The store wasn’t even busy!!! I went to Walgreens instead and got brayer’s ice cream. I haven’t returned to rite-​aid (it’s been a year) and never will.

Nice customer service… They greet and serve with a smile. They usually take a long time however at check out. Also they didn’t have a couple items in stock the 5 times I checked. Ice cream is still thrifty’s thank God!

I love this place, not for their products because this store prices are high compared to other drugstores. But, I love love, love their ice cream, specially my all time favorite flavor «CHOCOLATE MALTED CRUNCH on a big waffle cone» Mmm Mmm Mmm. It takes me back to my childhood.

Let’s be honest, other than convienance, their is only one reason to go to Rite Aid in the summer… Thrifty’s ice cream! They still carry my favorite childhood ice cream and that’s the only reason to trek here. Other than Thrify’s the store itself is fine.
