If I could only give one star I would. I went to donate and the guys in the back were creepy and rude! They asked me while I was handing them my bags of donated clothes if I wanted to donate Cash or coins and I’m like um I’m donating my clothes he was like… Do you have cash on you. So aggressive and rude and made me so uncomfortable. Never again. I’d rather go to the Goodwill on hacienda then Ever come here! stay away females the men here are creepy and make u feel uncomfortable

I agree with the others that said this place has rude workers! I’ve been to a lot of goodwill and this one is by far the one with the worst customer service. No one ever greets, they don’t care to help, and when you say thank you, have a good day… they ignore you. I think the only thing that comes out of the cashier’s mouth is your total so you can pay… that’s pretty much it.

I went to this Goodwill to try to find my daughter a Thanksgiving dress. I really love thrift stores and I thought I would try this one. For starters when I walked in I didn’t get any welcome. The worker who was working saw me but did not greet me. A simple hello or welcome would have been nice. My daughter tried on some dresses and I tried on some jeans but we did not find anything here besides some yarn and some chips. As I was done paying I told the worker«Thanks have a good day!» and she just turned around and ignored me. I came to this Goodwill with high hopes. I will not be returning to this Goodwill.

This store wasn’t small, actually it’s pretty big in my opinion. And it had plenty of clothes to look through which in my opinion is a good thing. The more used clothes means the more shopping options. I ended up getting 4 pants, and 3 shirts, so I was very much pleased by my experience, and plan on coming to this location again.

This Goodwill is one of the small stores that I have been to. Don’t really like how this one smells as well. Smells like used old clothes which literally is. The other Goodwill on Azusa and Workman is much better and does not also have that ugly aroma to it as well. This branch weirdly also has one cash register only which is odd but the one time I came here, there wasn’t a lot of people in here, so I can’t imagine how it is when there is a long line. Probably won’t go to this branch anymore, I’ll go to another one

Clothes you don’t use bring them here for donation. «One man’s trash is another man’s treasure». The drop off area for donations is BEHIND the building. One door is always open and someone is always there to take in your clothes or items. Feed your soul and give stuff you don’t use! It’s a great feeling!
