Signed up and tried to send money to the Philippines. They take confidential personal information like SSN, photocopy of DL and bank statements. They take forever to verify(I don’t even know what they’re trying to verify). My remittance transaction took 2 weeks for processing and then got cancelled for no apparent reason. I Tried calling the hotline number they put in their emails but always get rerouted to their TFC Cable department. Worst customer service and very unreliable company. Put customers to identity theft risk with their practice. Will never use again. I would give less than zero star if I had the choice.

Usually this business is reliable. The counter is almost always manned, and the representatives they had over the years are courteous and helpful. On my last visit, the counter was unmanned and a sign was up saying«BERIGHTBACK». Someone was there because the computer and T.V. were turned on. Besides it was too early for lunch break. We got there at 11:45 am and we finally left at 12:45 pm. The other people that were waiting with us went to the other companies nearby and someone suggested to go across the road, which we did. I do not know what the reason for this representative to abandon his/her post, but you should not do that to your loyal customers. I should have comeback you say, I did! I left my companion there so we will be in line when the representative comes back. But no, the line kept on getting longer and people just left. Disappointing!
