KFC

This is by far the most unsanitary KFC we had ever experienced. Also the most pathetic management staff we encountered. With staff assisting non paying people that walked in from the street in the middle of us ordering. To the no shoe wearing kids running in and out of the restroom across the seats and on top of the tables as though they were in some kind of playground. To top it off by vomiting all over the seat & table. The staff did nothing, so requested to speak with the manager (which was not in). Spending over $ 20 our appetite was lost at this point and we left. Contacting the store the following day and leaving my contact information & details of the situation. I never heard a word from them. I contacted the corporate office and explained the same situation. They indicated someone would be contacting me on my horrific experience. I received a $ 5 coupon in the mail, which was just an insult. I contacted the corporate office once again and supposedly someone would be looking onto the matter & contacting me. Never heard from anyone at the establishment or their corporate office. So do not be surprised when dealing with their incompetent staff members and what conditions the surfaces your eating off of are in. Or how was your food handled and prepared at this particular location!!!

The longest wait on drive thru only to have the cashier say. the credit card machine hasnt been working all day… wtf…

Good food. great service. Better than other kfcs around. Go ahead and try them double downs.

After seeing employees drop chicken on the floor and waiting almost 20 minutes for my not so tasty cold family meal, I feel upset that I didn’t cook anything myself. Skip KFC, at least this location and head on over to McDonalds or Polo Loco.

This location has been here since I was a toddler. And for a quick picture of this timeline I am using, I graduated college and have a full-​time job now. Anyway, this place is what it is. It’s KFC. Hit or miss. Sometimes the chicken has been in the little light oven thing for a while so you get home and it’s dry.

Customer service here is the worst. We could barely hear the girl on the monitor and she was incredibly rude. It’s not hard to smile and be polite either. You are getting paid to work.

I grew up eating this stuff and it has sooo changed. Went to this location and ordered some of the bites. They were as hard as rocks and dry as the Mohave Desert! They clearly had been sitting for quite sometime.
It only takes me one time…
