This is a long, long — overdue review. Service, location, wait-time, food and … gives this an accumulated balance of a nice five stars. This place made me forget, Boiling Crab, even existed. Why drive to Boiling Crab, when this place is your backyard, doesn’t have the long waits and delivers great service! Combo is the«go-to» order, to be exact, combo, no mussels with extra shrimp in All the Madness sauce, medium. If I am lucky or in the mood — King Crab legs are to be ordered. Micheladas are decent, selection of beer is good, and seating works for me! The service is great, whether, that’s because I have gone too many times or not — it’s just great to walk in and have staff recognize you, continue to provide same service and check on you to make sure you are doing OK. Accommodating your seating request, and going out of their way to seat us separately or in locations they do not need too is awesome! Shout out to the handful of staff that serve me and always giving 100% … Put it on the list, make the drive, and get an order of cajun curly fries! haha

The food tasted good, but was not amazing. Their calamari is pretty much microwave freezer food. And their sauce tastes good but has a CRAPTON of Parmesan cheese in it! Unsuspecting LACTOSEINTOLERANTPEOPLEBEWARE! Only saving point was the oyster shooters. .

Went back a second time after receiving a ten dollar gift card from and I was surprised. The sauce tasted a lot better and the shrimps were pretty big. It’s a bit more pricey than boiling crab, but worth it because there’s no wait to be seated. I wouldn’t compare the taste to boiling crab because I’ve realized that it’s supposed to taste different. It tastes sweeter and more garlicky.

Came here for lunch right when it opened. Got all the madness mild. It was good the chicken tender recipe changed a bit not my fav, but Cajun fries always good.

Fried calamari is good. Shrimp, all the madness medium, is probably the best you can get and trust me you won’t regret it. Don’t get the chicken wings unless your into a lot of fat on your chicken. Fries are just okay. Ketchup and ranch had an off flavor to them. We waked right in and they sat us immediately. The service was 5⁄10. Food was 6⁄10. 8⁄10 if we hadn’t got the wings. Anyway I give this place a 3.5 of 5 because it would’ve been better but it definitely could’ve been worse.

I like the spice level they prepared for me. Very nice servers, I just don’t like the crawl fish & shrimp with the heads on and having to peel them myself. It was good and messy, not my style of eating!

So far the best sauce ‘madness’ thick and very flavorful medium spicy compared to other place. Quick service and great staff.

Bad service, not fresh food… not coming back. Sorry! Boiling crab all the way! The only food maybe worth saying that’s good is the sweet and spicy chicken wings. Oh and I hope I don’t get sick from the raw oysters. After the first one, I didn’t feel all too well.

I decided to check this place today since I had a coupon. I personally like Boiling Crab more since their sauce tastes better, despite being more oily. Boiling Crab also gives more sauce. The shrimp and corn taste more fresh and the fries come out hotter at Boiling Crab. Anyways, my friend and I shared the Cajun curly fries, which didn’t come out hot. We both got the shrimp and corn in the all the madness sauce(she got mild and I got spicy). I could tell from the looks that the corn was frozen and not fresh. When I bit into it, the non-crunchiness of the corn confirmed it. The shrimp didn’t look that fresh according to my friend, but they may have over cooked it too. Service was meh too. They weren’t that attentive, but it wasn’t that busy. The good thing is that they do have more variety than BC. I wouldn’t go out of my way to come back though; I’ll stick with Boiling Crab, even though the wait time is longer.

We odered wings, fries, chicken tenders, steam rice and 1.5 lbs of shrimp in all madness on spicy level. Everything was really good. If we I was t ok compare to boiling crab I will say the boiling crabs sauce is way better this one had a weird taste to me. Plus the spice level isn’t spicy at all. Next time I will try the really deadly spicy one lol But it does beat wait long for hours at the boiling crab. This place has actually room to walk lol Come try it out

So this is new. My husband and I are«newbies» to this Louisiana style seafood and I must say it was interesting. We order the Combo with Clams, Mussels, Crawfish, Shrimp, Corn, Potatoes & added Sausage with all the madness sauce. It was good, we don’t have anything to compare it to so the flavor for us was good and it took us awhile to learn how to eat crawfish but the servers there were nice enough to walk me through your it lol. As for appetizers we ordered the fried oysters with garlic fries and those were just ok to me. Over all it was a fun experience for us and extremely messy but that’s the best part.

I liked this spot alot better than boiling crab. They had a better variety of stuff to choose from. I noticed they had fried pickles! so that was the first thing I got. they were so delicious. They were freshly cut. They had fried shrimp, oyster, and calamari with fries plate. which was very good. I got a ½lb of shrimp to try out, i forgot the sauces but I got all 3 sauces together with a medium spice and it was very yummy. 1lb of crawfish was good. A young man named reggie who was a great waiter with a positive attitude that helped our party of 8.

This place is pretty good… Forget the boiling crab!!! Same thing but better. No waiting, or loooong lines to get in. They do get a lil busy, patience is the key The ambiance is pretty cool. Hint, wear light color clothes, you will get dirty with the sauce, lol! Sweet potato fries are yummy.

Legit. The more I branch out and find knock off Boiling Crab spots, the less I have a desire to deal with Boiling Crab and their wait if I don’t need to. We were seated right away. The service was alright. Nothing too grand but whatevs. Prices were about the same. Curly fries, shrimp with all the seasoning, potatoes, and corn. I didn’t like they didn’t have any limes though. I usually squeeze that in my bag of shrimp. Located in the corner of a shopping center, alllll the way in the back. I couldn’t find it at first.

April 10, 2015 Friday night dinner with my family. We arrived a little bit after 6(missed happy hour) and the place was just about to get busy. We sat down and quickly decided to order the combo: shrimp, mussel, clam, crawfish, three potatoes, and two corn(grand total of 4lbs). On the side we ordered(actually it was me) sweet potato fries. I ordered the fries to give us something to munch on while waiting for our meal. Anyway, after 15 minutes in, our fries never came! I purposely ordered the fries so we won’t have to wait and be super hungry and they don’t take long to cook! So, after 15 long minutes, I had to ask the waitress and then she want to check on them. Three minutes later, they were sent out. I wasn’t so happy because the table next to us just came in and they got their onion rings in less than five minutes, and that was my cue to question if they forgot our order. Anyway, they apologized and all was well because I’m extremely hungry and I can understand that people make mistakes or something else. The food came out three minutes after we got the fries and wow! We ordered the whole shebang sauces with medium spice. The three of us [ladies] ate 95% of the food, including the potatoes. I had almost all the starchy stuff(sadness because I’m so fat). In the end, I ordered the Louisiana sweet wings to-go for the boyfriend, who is at work. Funny thing about that, we thought they gave us our wings and we left. It wasn’t until ten minutes in driving home that we realized that we didn’t have them and had to drive back to to retrieve them. To be honest, I was extremely tired from the week and has no intentions on being upset… too tired for that. Overall, good food, great company, and meh-to-good service. Our bill came out to $ 46.00 with tip!

I love this place. They have all kinds of seafood that I live to have. The oyster are fresh. The Cajun mix seafood is a good deal. The server are nice. Minus one star for forgetting my sausage order twice. I ordered twice they never come until I asked the manager again. But overall this place is great There are a big parking lot. So don’t worry for parking. Unlike boiling crab, I feel like I always wait for a long time for seats and super hard to find parking during their business gours

Felt kind of lazy to drive all the way to Boiling Crab so we decided to check this place out. It definitely had the same feel and look as boiling crab, but had a smaller dining area and had outside seating. Parking can be a bit rough on this side of Hong Kong Plaza. They have a convenient sink in the dining area so you don’t have to go to the restroom to wash your hands. We decided to get onion rings, cajun fries and the combo(substituted crawfish for more shrimp). All three flavors were mxed into the combo. The fries and the onion rings were great, and the portion size was good for 2 or 3 people. The combo is probably good for 3 or 4 people. My friend and I had a difficult time finishing the combo. The flavors were great. One gripe was would be that it was a bit too spicy, even though we asked for mild. Nonetheless, it was satisfying. The service here was pretty good. I came around late dinner time and still got pretty good service as it wasn’t too busy. The workers did a good job refilling our drinks as it was a bit too spicy for us at times. Other than that, I enjoyed my dinner here and this place is a solid 4 stars.
