As a frequent customer, I’ve always received bad experiences. The oldest lady behind the window rolling the dough has always given me and other customers dirty looks when waiting in line to get helped. I have also witnessed the awful way she speaks to the younger employees. On the other hand the overall customer service is always satisfactory and the pretzels are delicious! Just don’t want to come back here to be getting dirty looks, if you don’t wanna be there then quit and don’t take it out on everyone else. So rude!

I love pretzels so much, especially wetzels but this location sucks. Run away while you can. Their pretzels are ALWAYS cold, dry, and hard. It’s so hard to swallow. I’ve been here on 3 very separate occasions and my pretzels have always turned out this way. It’s hard to think that this is just a coincidence.

I bought a cinnamon pretzel and it was cold, dry and hard. I asked for a fresh one and was refused because the girls behind the counter were too busy chatting to each other about their nails. I wrote to Wetzel’s customer service and never received a response, so I guess cold hard pretzels and bad service is what they are out to offer.

My mom and I were hitting up the MAC counter after Ikea and she was craving their Cin-A-Bitz. I really wanted a lemonade. Too bad for us. There were two employees, but there was a third Wetzel’s employee and another employee of a different mall cart standing at the counter chatting in Spanish. We tried to get their attention for a few minutes but they refused to serve us. Really?
