Knockout Nails

I got a shellac manicure and it lasted 2 full weeks. Not a single chip. What more do you need to know!!!
Love this place and I’ll be making Knockout Nails my new go-​to nail salon in West Des Moines.

Walked in to get a pedicure and the employees looked at me like I was bothering them. Someone told me it would be 20 min if I wanted to wait. I spent some time looking at the polish and after about five minutes could not find a color and felt very unwelcome so I decided to leave. Went to Venetian Nails in the mall and had a much better experience.

Great service and attention to detail as far pedicures go. Probably in my top 3 as far as service goes

Love this place! Just moved to WSDM from Newton. Walked in and got help from the friendly staff. She (the shorter hair girl) took time to do my pedicure and gel nails even though they were supper busy. The plus was that she gave great masage. And you wouldn’t believe how many gel colors they have. Found my new place. Thnx for the wonderful job!

Wonderful salon! Just moving to Des Moines and of course needing to find a great salon for my hands and toes! Pedicure was awesome and Tommy took extra care in my repairs. Can’t beat ending with a hand massage.
Can check off the list of looking for new place for me. I’ll for sure be back!!!

Only place in Des Moines that I love. Mike is to best in my eyes. Kim and tommy are amazing too!

Staff was friendly, service was quick, but my acrylic nails were very thick and not very close to the cuticle. They’d looked like they grew out a week already.

Came here for work and I was in dire need of a pedi. Being that it was walking distance from where I was staying, I thought I’d give it a try though I was hesitant because it had no reviews. I come in and get greeted, everyone is very nice and most important, the place is CLEAN! — this is definitely a plus at a nail shop. Although I’m not used to paying $ 30 for a pedi where I come from, but, when I got the hot wax treatment that’s part of the price, my feet were soft as a baby’s butt! And that made it all worth it! Happy I went there over another nail salon nearby. The experience was good and the girl that helped me was really sweet. If I ever come back out this way and need a pedi, I would choose this place again for sure!
