What can you expect really? It is a diner inside of an airport. What I could expect is to get my check a little faster… uh…I have a plane to catch. It started poorly. They are supposed to be open at 5am. Yet when I was standing outside their door at 6am, they were still not open. So I am not sure if they open later, or they were just late showing up to work. I had French Toast which was entirely tasteless. The staff and food is slightly below average. Now I know better, and should eat before I get to the airport.

Stopped in at Purchase Country Diner to kill a little time before I had to queue up in the TSA line downstairs. I only had a buttered English muffin and a cup of coffee but both were great. Service was pretty good but it was one of those deals where you get your order and the server then proceeds to disappear… I ended up having to tuck a few bills under a saucer as payment/tip before walking out. Next time I’ll have to go all in and try their bacon and eggs.

Mediocre breakfast at best. Menus are old and have items taped over that are no longer sold. Asked for crispy bacon and got greasy partially cooked bacon. My advice is to go downstairs to the Dunkin Donuts if you’re looking for breakfast in the airport.

This is my must stop for breakfast when flying out of Westchester White Plains. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Food is your typical NY diner fare and always good and consistent. Nice clean place. I never rush to get to the gate just hang in the diner with their great coffee.

Breakfast served any hour… Fast friendly service Eat in or take to-go Tasty With 30 mins to spare, i’d recommend. $ 10 for a breakfast of egg sandwich made to order with tasty home fries. Grab & Go foods in the display case also available, though did not sample. Also, the bar is next door
