Look, it’s a storage space. It’s clean, secure, well-​lit, accessible, and reasonably priced. I got a 15’x5’ climate controlled room with high (10′ or 12′) ceilings for $ 89/​month, and got a free month for paying 2 in advance. Service was good, helpful and informative. Theres a lift elevator and carts you can use for free on site. Cameras outside for security. What more do you need?

Most businesses greet new customers by saying, «It’s good to have you. Thanks for coming.» Not this place. Customer satisfaction and convenience is at the absolute bottom of the list here. And this Jim fellow at the front desk is seriously not up to snuff.
