Discount Tire Store – West Jordan, UT

I am absolutely locked on Discount Tire 100%. I will continue to purchase and have all my tire needs and services done at Discount Tire. Their service has always been great and always surpassed my expectations. I always replace my tires there and I truly recommend purchasing the certificate they have which is a tire warranty. It is so worth it. If your tire is ever damaged, they replace it with a brand new tire for free. There were a couple times where I had a nail in the tire and it damaged it and another time my tire was basically cut badly and Discount Tire replaced the tire both times with a new tire at no charge what so ever. They also do all the rotation and balancing for free with you tire purchase. Their service is great, fast and very professional.

This is the only place I go to for tires. I’ve owned several cars and each time they needed new tires or tire service, it’s always been this Discount Tires location.
The service is excellent! They offer free tire rotations and they’ve fixed many flat tires for me due to running over nails or other junk on the roads.
I like the feature where you can order tires and get the final «out the door price», which is upheld at the store.
I guess the only gripe is they don’t have very wide variety of tires, like TireRack, for example. But what they do have in stock are quality tires!

I’ve been here many times over the years and the service is always excellent. Sure they get busy, but they are honest with their wait times and the prices are great. The manager, Shawn Singleton, runs an excellent crew of hard working, attentive guys that genuinely seem to care about saving you money and keeping you safe at the same time. I trust their opinion and they go the extra mile to make sure you’re satisfied.
Take yesterday for instance, I needed to have a slow leak repaired and have my snow tires switched over, but my car had recently been stolen (it’s a 20 year old Acura!) and the stereo and misc items taken. The car was later found less than a mile away. It had factory alloy wheels on it with a locking lug nut on each wheel. The thieves took my «key» to the locking lug nuts… Discount Tire to the rescue! The counter associate educated me on the differences gave me 2 quoted options, one for all new locking lug nuts ($ 45) and one for $ 69, in the event that the tool they needed to use to get my locks off was ruined in the process — I would need to pay for it ($ 24) makes sense, and I had already stripped one lug trying a cheap tool from Harbor Freight trying to remove them myself so I wouldn’t have been the least bit surprised if they made me pay for the tool. They told me it would be less than an hour and sure enough, 40 minutes later they had the leak fixed (for free BTW) and as the associate went to ring me up, the one who took my order told him to take the tool cost off my order. They could have easily charged me to extra $ 24 but that’s not how they operate! They even verified that the offset on my new (to me) rims was within the recommended allowance (safe) and bagged my existing tires up for storage.
TL;DR: Honest, caring and cost conscious tire and wheel store!

Called because I got a bent rim, and have a spare, simple swap over. He said it was about an hour wait. I asked to be put in the queue, and I’ll be there in about an hour. He said that wasn’t possible. I asked about scheduling an appointment, their a few days out, and he said he could do it, but again to plan for about an hour.
Wtf.

Had a flat tire and discovered a small tear on the inside and just on the edge of the sidewall. I must have cut it on a rock or some other debris. I originally purchased these tires at another competitor and while they were happy to cover the tire for the road hazard warranty they were unable to get the same tire. It turns out my model of tire had been replaced with a newer model with an updated tread pattern. My remaining tires still had 90 percent of the tread and I was not willing to replace all 4 tires just because of a design change. The competitor gave me prorated cash for the warranty and I went out to find a matching tire.
I called around and Discount Tire said they still had a few of the older model BF Goodrich tires I needed and were happy to sell me just one tire. I went right over without an appointment and they were able to squeeze me in and get me out in about an hour. Gave me a fair price on the tire despite me only purchasing one.

So, I strolled in with four busted down tires, one of which just exploded a couple blocks away from the shop. When I arrived at 6:00 they were in the process of closing. Without my even asking, they took mercy on me and quickly replaced all four of my tires for about $ 350.
I got about 21 000 miles off of the tires that were replaced, they were the cheap ones that the dealership puts on your car when you first get it. The new ones they put on are about a hundred times better. I’m thankful that I did not have to sleep in the parking lot and wait till tomorrow for them to open. Thank you to all the guys who stayed late to help. I love all of you.

We have been customers at Discount Tire-​West Jordan for many years. We appreciate their exceptional customer service. They are empathetic to the idea that no one is too excited to replace a tire, except maybe the real gear-​heads. They are always prompt and friendly. We always feel that they respect our time and continue to treat us like a valued customers. Even though they must be pretty confident that they have our business for the long haul, they treat us as if they are always trying to win our business. I expect them to know tires, I am impressed that they know customer service at least as well. Every employee we have worked with has been upbeat and energetic. I recommend them without reservation.

Having recently moved here from out of state, I hadn’t needed to find a tire shop, however I picked up a nail and had to have a repair down. I called Discount Tire and was told to come right on in even thought they were closing shortly. The staff was extremely courteous and efficient, had my repair done in 15 minutes and didn’t charge me a dime. I’ll definitely be coming back here when I need new tires!

On the way home from Thanksgiving dinner, I ran over a razor blade and got a flat tire! Of course, all of the tire stores were closed, so I used my «Fix-​A-​Flat» product and limped home. Early on Friday, I went to to the Discount Tire store on Redwood Road where I had purchased 4 expensive tires only two months ago. One of the technicians attempted very diligently to repair the tire, but it was damaged too heavily. Knowing that I had barely purchased the tire, the management bent over backwards to treat me fairly. Although I had to purchase another new tire, they made it as painless as possible. I must say that ALL of the employees with whom I interacted were extremely helpful, friendly, and honest. However, I was especially impressed with Kade, who strived so hard to ensure that I was completely satisfied with their services. I haven’t gone to another Discount Tire outlet for many years, but this particular location has made me a loyal customer.

A very clean and well-​kept shop with friendly, attentive staff. They repaired my flat for free and had everything taken care of in less than 30 minutes. Robbi at the counter had amazing customer service and helped answer all my girl questions with a smile. I will definitely return when I need new tires.

I went here today to have them check on my tires that I thought had a slow leak. It turns out they were just low due to the temperature getting colder. They were super friendly and knowledgeable and checked my tires for free! I would definitely recommend going here for all your tire needs. They put me at ease and didn’t make me feel dumb for asking silly questions
