Sears Auto Center

I bought 4 new tires from here and even though it looked like they did a great job mounting the tires, I would not buy from them again.
One of my tires developed a slow leak. There were no nails or anything, probably just a poor mounting job because BMW rims are finicky like that (due to the type of paint coating BMW uses on their rims). So, I brought it in hoping to have them fix it but they told me that I had to buy the tire damage warranty in order to get it fixed for free. I bought my tires in the spring.
Discount Tire WOULD NEVER DO THAT. That’s why I am buying my tires from DISCOUNT TIRE from now on! I REALLY REGRET buying my tires from Sears now.
Also, they have no clue what good customer service means in 2015. Please, don’t take my word for it. Go into a Sears Auto Center and then go into a Discount Tire store. No wonder every time I’ve come here, it’s basically dead.

Well honestly the reason why I came HERE to get an oil change is because 1. I’m new in the area and don’t really know my way around yet. 2. Not too many places I found on Unilocal that had more than one review AND was open on a Sunday. 3. There was a special coupon code on Unilocal that got me a 29.99 oil change for only 14.99. 4. even though next to Walmart/​Sams club… I boycott that company so that wasn’t an option.
So I came to Sears which was really empty, the garage was open and there were two men in there working on a lawn mower… so I walk in and there is a couple that leave with a not so happy look on their face, and then there is a guy in there standing around looked like he was waiting on his car, there also wasn’t any service agents in the area. Strange… So then the waiting guy says that he has been there for 20 minutes and NO ONE has come to help him, he was even in the doorway trying to get the techs attention but they just kept working on the lawn mower, I guess they just do the «work», not the customer service part. So I waited for a few minutes. The guy continues to tell me that he even had a store agent page the auto people to help but that was 15 minutes ago. So I walk into the store and it seems to be pretty empty besides a few people looking at clothing. I didn’t see one sales clerk/​customer service person. Now I haven’t been inside of a Sears in YEARS, so I don’t know if that is the norm or not, so I call the # for the auto center and a guy answered, I told him I was coming in for an oil change, by this time I turned the corner to see he was at the desk and helping the waiting guy. So I hang up and wait in line. This took about 5 mins. Then he gets to me and he was nice, not really in a rush but then again it’s Sunday, I’m not in a rush either.
I only had to wait about 15 minutes, so it was really quick. (again I was the only person there) The clerk rang me up and told me that since I didn’t have high mileage there wasn’t anything else I needed done. Would I come here again? Probably, I like a place open on Sunday’s, but if I find a better place with better customer service I will ditch this place in a heart beat.
