First of all ordering on the app was a hassle. Second, the food took an hour to get here. Third, The food was ice cold… Fourth and most aggravating, it was the wrong order. So now I have to wait again for my pizza that already took forever and I will not be able to enjoy it before work. And to top it off I already tipped the guy! Never again will I order from this «fast food» place…

I Love to order Papajonhs pizza ever Friday night, the pizza was delicious, very fresh and flavor .
Price very very affordable for any different sizes of the pizza .
My favorite is: pineapple, chicken, bacon, cheese and light tomato sauce ! Just perfect !!!

After Long day, decided to order, delivery, on website told between 30 – 40 mins, i was surprised that the delivery man was already in front of my door in 20 mins.
The pizza was pipping hot, fresh flavor.
Definetly order again from here

Worst customer service ever!!! Never order here. They will repeat your order to you on the phone and still deliver the wrong thing! Will them yell and argue with you if you call to tell them the order isn’t correct. Terrible service.

Worst service ever. Order was more than 2 freaking hours late. I called them twice regarding my order. I was told by a female employee that my order just left 5 mins ago on my 2nd phone call (2hrs since I made my order) after asking me for my address!!! I than asked to speak to the manager & the manager kept saying sorry it’s because of traffic !!! Later I confront him that the girl I spoke with said it just left 5 mins ago !!! He defends himself by saying she got the wrong address !!! Meanwhile she reread my address to me before telling me it left 5 mins ago!!! The food arrived cold !!! Never ordering from here ever again. Bad customer service, guy doesn’t know how to run a business.

We have ordered from here on numerous occasions and have not been disappointed. The pizza is good (for fast food) and the delivery service has always been prompt.
