Chili’s

Bad food and service. did not want to eat in this place but my son was hungry so we did. Bad move. The moment we came, The host seemed anoyed and just threw the menu on the table and without saying one word. never again.

Came her for a quick bite food was average and server where very helpful.

No complaints about the food. It’s what you expect to eat at a place like this.
Now the waitress– talk about someone having a bad day!
When I arrived she didn’t give her name although I did ask twice.
Then when we ordered bottomless drinks she kept telling us that was our last drink so we bought it to her attention that 1 it’s bottomless and 2 even if it weren’t she shouldn’t tell us that’s our last drink. I mean unless she was paying for lunch.
So she got really aggravated, rolled her eyes and walked off.
Then when we asked her for another soup she pretty much told us «how man to go boxes you need»
As if we said we were done.
Terrible service!!! Wish I would have gotten her name when I asked.
However thankfully we were able to rate her at the table before paying.

This is my first time at chili’s and while I came with high hopes, i will be going back with none.
First of all, i ordered the honey chipotle shrimp and sirloin MEDIUM. My food comes out, there is no juice on the steak, the steak looked like it was sitting out for at least 20 minutes. I asked the waittress to take back my food and the second time around, same stale steak. Then the manager came over to say that the waittress grabbed the wrong steak and brought me the «right» one for it to be again WELL DONE. At this point we had waited for an hr and 45 min. I ate half the steak (couldnt even eat the asparagus because it was drenched in salt).
second of all, my boyfriend ordered the prime rib burrito or whatever and the cheese was all hard and solid (prob sitting out like my steak). So he sent it back for a burger for the meat to be completely rare and red.
This was a horrendous experience and i will definitely not be returning. They didn’t even offer to take an entrée off the check. Apologizing for being understaffed is understable however getting the order wrong 2 – 3 times is unacceptable.

I cannot believe what I’m seeing in this restaurant. The entire place is filthy. The floors and the seats were covered with food and straw wrappers. The staff looked very overwhelmed. My order came out wrong and looked as if it was microwaved (It is Chili’s so I am not surprised.) The manger did take my meal off the bill which was appreciated. It looks like about 4 people are running around doing everything while the rest of the staff stands around looking confused, especially the hostess. Definitely will not be returning.

First things first, the hostess was nice. My best friend and were seated quickly at a booth. The table was set and clean. We were greeted by an energetic young lady who took our drink order, and unfortunately, that was the last time we saw her…
The rest of our time here, we were «taken care of» by a young girl who I hope for her sake was new. She seemed to rich through taking our orders and was a bit slow bringing out additional drinks, straws, and steak knives. She did check on us a few times during our meal, which was good.
The food was delicious. I ordered the chipotle line Tex mex bowl. Really good! I did request to have a particular ingredient omitted, but it still found its way to my plate :(I’m not allergic, so not a huge deal. I also ordered a strawberry Patron margarita. You get lots of bang for your buck here! Your margarita comes on a Patron bottle lol
Not a bad visit, but not the greatest

I came to this Chili’s with my family and was taken care of by Katie. Katie was very pleasant and willing to take care of us and make sure we were ok. Katie stated she was a new server and will do her best to take care of us. As busy as the night was Katie was great, I’d like to thank her for making our dining experience a pleasant one. All our food came out very hot and everything tasted great.

This place, like everything else in this god-​forsaken mall, is understaffed, overcrowded, and a complete shitshow. Three people, 5 pm on a Saturday? 30 min. No problem. «We’ll text you when your table is ready.» Great, we’ll go to Barnes & Noble in the meantime. 45 min later — numerous open, clean tables are free, and we’re still waiting for the text. Even more dirty tables are unoccupied and just waiting to be bussed. So… we’re leaving now (come on, you don’t need a review of Chili’s food; you know what it is). I mean, it’s a Saturday night Chili’s people — you misguided underachievers whose shattered hopes and dreams led you to text (or not text) me today… I mean, you didn’t predict that people in the mall might want to eat here today? You didn’t think brining in some more waitstaff might be prudent? I’d really be pissed if I had actually expected something better. But I didn’t. You are typical. All of you are typical. Congrats. I’m gonna go home and hang myself. Tell Chili’s and the hipster douche at the host stand that it’s his fault. Goodby cruel Palisades Park Mall. Oh wait! My wife just checked on our place in line. They just texted us 2 minutes ago. And whoops! They had the wrong cell number. Nope, no 6 in my cell phone number. Super! Hipster dude has one job to do. Literally, one. And you F’d it up. Fantastic job dude. You’ll probably be employee of the month in February. Ok, gonna eat now. I’ll update this if the food, as expected, isn’t typical. But. It. Will. Be.

It was pretty busy when we went. For two of us there was a 30 min wait. We had a gift card and weren’t in a rush so we didn’t really mind. When we did get seated it took about 15 min for our waitress to take our drink order. Service from that point on was pretty slow. Had to ask for many things twice because either they were taking so long or forgot. Our waitress was friendly though, and the food was ok. I ordered the old timer cheeseburger and it was kind of bland. I asked for the mustard on the side, but didn’t receive any mustard at all. So, our experience here was just kinda, eh…

Always a fan of chilis food, today we sat at the bar and Brian was our server. He was attentive and very polite. He suggested we try the classic nachos and he was right they were excellent. Best server/​bartender I’ve had in a long time, drinks were half empty and he was already offering to get refills. Definitely sit at the bar if Brian is working, you won’t regret it.

Went here with some friends late tonight and have to say, while the food was good, the service was not worth it. I understand it was kinda late, almost 9pm on a weeknight, but the floor looked really dirty and it was not that busy, so what are the employees
Doing, cause it is definitely was not cleaning. We sat down and it took about 10 – 15 minutes for the waitress to come get our drink orders! While the food was pretty good for chain food, the service was just awful. It took way to long for the food to be brought out!
Although the waitress was good with refilling my water. I also don’t like that they push the use of the little machines at the table to pay with credit cards. A lot of people touch these things all day, who knows if they put skimmers on it, and since its obvious the staff doesn’t really clean, I highly doubt they check the machines too.

On the way to our table, we stepped over garbage littering the floor. Then waited ten minutes for no one to take our drink order. We had our 5 month old with us so weren’t there to take our time. The restaurant wasn’t packed either. We left without being served.

The food was very good service and where food is very good and I would definitely recommend this to friends and the prices are good here

We started the night across the hallway at Friday’s and just weren’t feeling it, we made the 100′ walk across the mall to Chili’s and were completely satisfied with the bar offerings. Better than Friday’s

Great place to sit and watch games.
The service is good and the waiter is quick to serve you drinks and food.
Will be coming here again.

I keep coming back for those 2 for 1 drinks.
Food was way better on my most recent visit. Guac was good, not amazing, and they skimped on the toppings, but satisfied my guac cravings. I got the same 6oz light sirloin with broccoli again and this time it was much tastier.

Damn the food here is salty!
But for a chili’s it’s not a bad place to grab lunch or dinner, if you can stomach the saltiness of their food in general. I personally can, but make sure I dine here in moderation (like 1x or 2x a year!). The ribs here are not bad, and the $ 20 entrée for 2 deal is pretty sweet. I had the honey chipotle chicken crispers and they were surprisingly good. Wash that down with some tasty (but salty) corn on the cob and yummy (but salty) fries and you’re good for the day. The fire corn guacamole appetizer is also quite tasty.
Previous picks — I also am a fan of their burgers. Definitely worth getting a juicy patty here, and I love washing down all that salt with my refreshing bottomless mango ice tea. I like the atmosphere here, it’s pretty spaced out and in the middle of the Palisades mall. I like dining at this Chilis a lot more than some of the standalone restaurants. And it’s cool to eat at one of the tables near the bar, where you can catch lots of games on TV on the weekends or in the evenings.

Great place to come after a LOOONG day of shopping.
I’ve been here twice, both on weekend nights, and I didn’t have to wait for a table either time. The waiter service was fast and efficient. The food was DELISH.
Try the classic nachos with beef for appetizers. I love that each nacho comes prepared separately and there’s no mess!
Also, ask for the Corono Margarita. It wasn’t on the menu but I saw a girl at another table drinking it and I had to try one! No regrets — check out the picture I put up.
