The one thing that I liked about this place was the exit. Absolutely the worst dining experience possibly ever. The wait staff was slow. I mean like glacial movement. We waited for our food for 45 minutes and when it finally arrived I was looking around for the hidden camera. Was this a joke? I had never seen a potato that small that wasn’t in a can. There were a couple of pieces of lettuce in a bowl that they call a salad. Maybe in Ethiopia. In a word, if you’re considering this place for a weekend dinner, DON’T.

Not bad. Good service. Reasonable price for 8 ounce sirloin, potato and broccoli. Salad was all iceberg though. Atmosphere was noisey.

Service was outstanding! Food was exactly what you would expect from a chain restaurant. Ribs and steak were cooked the right way. Bathrooms need a bit of a touch up and the entrance way needs a good cleaning to remove a strange odor. All said I recommend Longhorn Steakhouse.

Really great steaks. For the price I don’t know of any place better. Can be really busy so call ahead.

Me and my brother went here for New Year’s Eve. I got the bone in ribeye steak and it was cooked perfectly. The only negative thing was I ordered a loaded baked potato and 30 mins in waiting for our food, the waitress tells me they’re out. Would of been nice to get a heads up sooner.

I can’t believe that the management and corporate admin can let the quality of the restaurant cleanliness fall so low. The bathrooms are filthy, smelly. The wall paper is peeling off. The floors have not been mopped. I wonder if I will get sick from the food?! My celebrity aside, I don’t expect and preferential treatment, but a little better sanitation???

Went here for a special occasion. The house salad consisted mostly of iceberg lettuce, some of which was WILTED. The Blue cheese dressing was poured over the top in such a vast quantity that you could not even see the lettuce. Nauseating. The warm whole wheat bread was excellent. I ordered a ribeye, which was cooked to order but was so sinewy I could hardly chew it. HINT: do NOT order the«juicy» ribeye. My friend ordered the renegade sirloin and it looked DRY. Be wary. The side of baked potatoes could have come from Ponderosa. The«special» side of spinach was okay, again nothing special. Do not plan to return.

Although the food was very good. I would not suggest stopping here before you have a flight to catch considering we waited 40 minutes for two of the more simpler orders on the menu.

Okay, I just wanted a sandwich or maybe a hamburger and thought this would be a good place to get one. To be honest, I really don’t like chain restaurants and so knowing that I figured, you get what you get from a chain. I read the menu wrong thinking I was getting a sliced prime rib sandwich but it was a «bit» of prime rib on top of a hamburger-strange. The woman bartender asked how I wanted it cooked and I said well if it’s prime rib, medium. I DONOT like my hamburger cooked medium at all, just can’t handle it. But when it came, I figured why not, most everyone I know get theirs this way. Well, it was okay, the fries were cold though and since there were two people seated at the bar(I was one) and a half empty dining area at 2:00 on a Sunday, this should not have been an issue. I’d been here on a regular week night and the food was decent-for a chain. But… the next day(Monday) I got incredibly sick around noon and not to get too graphic, it was like food poisoning or maybe stomach flu. Who can tell? I think I lost 8 lbs, lol! All I know is I will NEVER eat a medium done hamburger again in my entire life!

The steak was cooked perfectly medium but the Mac and cheese I had was swimming in oil and was way too heavy to try to finish. Seeing as the side salad and steak were so good, thy truly save this trip from being a disaster.

Surprisingly, this was my first time to Longhorn. Though I’ve lived near this particular location for years, I’ve never put forth the energy to come here. I now see I was missing out! I decided to go tonight with my boyfriend for an after work dinner date. It was around 7:00 and we were seated promptly. Our Server, Frank was absolutely amazing. Though it was a fairly busy night, he made sure to keep our drinks refilled and periodically checked on our table. He even had this funny spiel that he did which was pretty entertaining. The food itself was great as well. Both me and my bf ordered the Spicy-Grilled Jalapeño Sirloin($ 12.99÷15.99 for a 6oz/8oz) with mashed potatoes and a Caesar salad. I get pretty bothered when steaks aren’t cooked to correct temperatures but both of ours were a perfect med-rare. Washed it all down with a blackberry iced tea and the night was golden. It’s safe to say that I will return to try other dishes.

I came here on a Thursday evening around 6:30pm. This place was packed and parking was hard to come by. We had a 5 – 10 min wait for a table for two. As we were seated, our server came over to us promptly. I subscribed to the email list which sends you a free appetizer coupon immediately that you have to use within the next week. We got the wikd west shrimp which were really good. They do have a hint of hotness to them from the peppers but not too much. I thought it was pretty good. I prefer the fried green tomatoes that I’ve tried here before. Honey wheat bread was served with dinner and it was really good. I ordered a ribeye rare with a sweet potato and Caesar salad. Our appetizer, side salads and bread were brought out almost within 5 minutes of ordering. I was surprised it was do fast! Everything was delicious and cooked perfectly. Our waitress was really good too.

Longhorn has the best rib-eye steak I’ve ever had. Salads, mashed potatoes, yams, everything is wonderful. All of the entrees as well as the appetizers and desserts are absolutely fantastic. The staff are all nice to you, fast with your order and the place is impeccably clean. Longhorn is one of the best, if not the best restaurant in town. All of their locations are equally tremendous. I love it, I love it, I love it. I want my last meal to be their rib-eye steak(medium please) with mashed potatoes and a beer.

Arrived at 7:45. Seated at 8:15. I should have followed my gut and left when, upon entering the establishment, I was just about knocked out from the moldy /100 year old dirty mop water smell that permeated throughout. Our server would need significant remedial training to improve to a disgruntled employee level of enthusiasm. It took three tries to get straws for our drinks. The ice in the drinks was cloudy. The sweet tea was not the normal Longhorn Steakhouse flavor and taste. I barely drank any — server could have cared less. We were served ½ of a loaf of cold bread. Server stated ‘that is how we server bread for two’. I was able to quickly scan our section and spot two other two guest tables which, unbelievably, had full loafs of bread. I guess serving it cold is an extra touch our server provided at this specific location. We waiting 25 minutes for salads and 20 minutes after that for our entrée. Wife’s salad had a piece of lettuce the size of a beach towel. Wife’s steak(Outlaw) was close to LongHorn standards. Mine(Porterhouse) was a mix of under cooked to well done to the point of eating rawhide. I guess they got some portion of my steak right somewhere … I’m not certain where the core issue is, but this is without a doubt the worst LongHorn Steakhouse I have ever patronized. I’ll graze elsewhere for my steak fix.

I’m rating 4 only because we waited 1 hour and 40 minutes before we were seated with a party of 7, ridiculous! Once we were in, our server Josh was phenomenal. He took our drink and appetizer orders and delivered those quickly. He took very good care of us. His charisma, enthusiasm and sense of humor was definitely a plus, specially after the long wait. Food was delicious, it always is. Left very satisfied and content with our choice of restaurant for the night. Will be sure to call in advance and reserve a table next time, specially if it’s after 7 pm.

I’m back! Food is good and dependable. The bar is staff super friendly and service oriented. The restaurant is fairly quiet even when it’s crowded and the concierge is quick. First time I was here I had the salmon, tonight I had steak with shrimp and both were fantastic. Always easy to get a seat(especially at the bar!)

Only worth 1 star because of the great service we received from Kip. Other than that, HORRIBLE is an understatement! I called at 3pm to let them know my party of 7 would be coming at 6pm. I called at 5pm to confirm that 6 would be in my party. They said come, there might be a small wait. We arrived at 6:08 pm. We waited, and waited, and waited. People came and went and we still waited. We asked, they said only 3 families in front of you. Again we waited, family # 1,2,3…then 7, then family #8 was sat. Believe it or not, one of my students and his family of 5 were there no more than 5 mins and they were seated!!! I was fit to be tied. I spoke with the manager Stacy McCabe, what a worthless manager, as she could not have cared any less. After another 5 to 10 min wait They proceeded to seat us right in the walk path but we insisted on a back table because person #7 showed up to say hello. My menu was dirty, the table was dirty, and my silverware was dirty! Disgustingly dirty. Kip the waiter was fine. He tried to make a bad situation better. I do plan to speak to Shawn Kern the Managing partner to let him know of this experience. If he acts like he cares, I may change my star rating but at this point they barely deserve the one star I gave them. And again they only got it because of Kip. My husband said that his steak was great but my burger had grizzle and I cannot eat meat with grizzle. I gave my burger to my dad. However, the loaded baked potato soup was delicious. I sure hope they didn’t do anything to it! I can only hope and pray. Next day: I spoke with the Manager named Tara and she was so apologetic on behalf of Longhorn Steakhouse and said she did not want this experience to hinder us from dining at Longhorn’s. She said they strive to give a red carpet experience to all their customers. She said she would not make excuses for your fellow manager, rather apologize for their lack of care and concern for us as their guest. She has said she will send us a $ 100 gift card to try them again and if I didn’t want to come to their location I was welcome to try any of their others in the area. I would say Tara is top notch and understand customer satisfaction and for jay I am changing my star rating to a 4 star. I will be contacting the Partnering Manager to let him know how kind and nonjudgmental Tara was.
