TO THE LOCAL OWNERS /​PARTNERS /​WINGSTOP BRAND, READ BELOW:
If you can seriously avoid this place, do. We couldnt wait for this place to open (waiting nearly a year) because we moved from Tampa Bay where there was 3 locations… we LOVE WingStop!!! But this place in WPB… is NOT up to par with WingStop standards. We just left the spot at 1202am they closed at 12 midnight… we tried to call to place a ‘pick up’ order knowing they were closing soon — and though we called multiple times THEY NEVER PICKED UP THE CALL… they were already cleaning the kitchen… when we walked in one of the employees started shaking his head asking us «I hope you got a small order»…instead of seeing us as a $ walking in the door… he basically didnt want to work. the Manager was in the back cleaning dishes… Apparently the mindset is NOT thank you for choosing Wingstop and working UNTIL closing time (12am)…such a betrayal to the brand…
For the owners of the WPB wingstop… you need to make an impromptu visit and an 1150pm mystery call… seriously. Giving a 1 rating… because we like the fries and we almost got 2 FULL orders… I witnessed the ‘shaking head’ employee seperating the full fry to ‘make them look equal’…whatever happened to ‘doing a good job’ & ‘good service so the customer comes back’& ‘EARNING your pay’…please keep in mind WE CHOSE TO SPEND OUR MONEY WITH YOU… act like you at least appreciate the decision…

Let me start off by saying that I am a wing stop regular however this is my first time at this location. Needless to say after eating here I am committed to this location. By far the best wing stop I have ever eaten from. I placed the order online and my wife picked it up and brought it home. Altogether it was about a 30 minute transaction, food was ready upon her arrival there. When she got it to me the order was still hot and I was very impressed at how the order was correct (a lot of places forget things). I had the garlic parmesan wings and the lemon pepper wings, extra crispy and they were great. The fries, the same way extra crispy were awesome. I have no complaints whatsoever and look forward to super bowl weekend so I can grab a 50 piece combo and enjoy!

Love the boneless wings here. If time is of the essence order ahead as they are made to order.

I have been here 5 times and each time is consistently the best wings I have ever had the pleasure of consuming. I am not too easy to please when it comes to wings. But these are so meaty and perfectly crispy. Not only that… But the flavors are killing any other wing place! The Hawaiian is something I have never experienced… Its addicting from first touch of the tounge. The lemon pepper… Oh my lord that lemon pepper!!! Must try these. Oh and if you are a snooty lil bitch that doesn’t like black people and calls shit ghetto just because it isn’t crawling with hipsters in lady jeans… Stay your scary ass at home

Took a long time to get the wings. The wings were not very good either. The hot wings were alright but the mild tasted like plain wings with no sauce on them. The wings are pretty fatty as well. The fries were soggy and there was no ketchup available when I went!!! I wouldn’t have ordered fries if they would have told me there was no ketchup. Definitely won’t go back to this place. I’m actually being generous with the 2 stars too.

Order before if you don’t have a lot of time because it does take about 10 minutes to get but that is because the food is cooked right then and there. I had the hot and the Louisiana rub and it was really good. You could tell they care about there food and establishment because from the second you wak in about 4 employees greet you and they were constantly cleaning while I ate there. Would recommend to any wing lover and the prices are very reasonable!!!

I ordered online but the associates got my order wrong. They gave me unseasoned fries (what?!?) and blue cheese dip instead of the creamy ranch. I live 20 minutes away and did not realize this until reaching home. I was prompted to check my order email to make sure I didn’t make the error, and it was not my error. The wings were delicious as always, they just need to work on being efficient.
