Jimmy John’s

We all know their slogan for being freaky fast. Well. Today, it was not the case. Not only were they 45 minutes late, I found a hair on my sandwich. Here’s my story.
After 20 minutes of placing my order, I called and the person picking up the phone answered «yimmy yons.» I had to confirm I was calling Jimmy Johns since the contact number on Unilocal aren’t always updated. I complained that the sandwich was very late and the employee offered complimentary drink and chips. 45 minutes later, the sandwich arrives. I rip open the sandwich and find a hair. I call the manager to request a refund. After calling and speaking with the manager on duty, Kirsten, she tried fighting me with getting a refund back on my credit card and offered a gift card. Unfortunately, I’m afraid to order another sandwich wondering when I would receive my sandwich and what they would do to my sandwich since I already called and complained earlier. After speaking to her boss, she said that the order would be refunded back to my card. Unfortunately, my experience turned great to worse. Sorry «yimmy yons» I won’t be coming back here unless the refund is not back on my card.

I come here at least once a week. The food always has tasted fresh besides the occasional under ripened tomatoes. Sandwiches are usually very consistent in taste. Two stars because last visit I ordered the #10 and what I received was the #2. Also one employee needs to learn better social skills as they didn’t know how to communicate very well. I’ll return as I think the prices are reasonably priced for what you get and the quality of the meat.
Update I have since came back twice since my last review. Employees still need to improve their customer politeness. I ordered my sandwich with no alternations and they didn’t put mayonnaise on it. Changing review from 2 stars to 1. This happens today.
On Monday my sandwich was super gross. It had one or two day old bread. The outside had Mayonnaise around it making it greasy. And it has way to much onions. I’ve never had issues at other locations. This location seems to miss more than it hits.

Jimmy John’s is another one of my rare times I support such a large national chain. But they do what they do well. And what they do is make sandwiches which I then put into my mouth, and a little while later find their way out of my butt. It’s all a very magical process and I enjoy it immensely every time.

They are so fast! I just wish they delivered to my house. I like the club lulu and I also like the convenience of ordering online. I always add cucumbers to my sandwich.

I always get my food delivered because I live very close to the store. They do have pretty fast delivery and they are always nice When they come to the door. The bread is amazing, but my only complaint is that when you eat it the sauce makes the meat slide out very easily, sometimes leaving you with only bread.

These guys are so fast, we had our sandwiches within five minutes today, even though we showed up in the middle of the lunch rush. When they aren’t busy, you get your sandwich right about when you’re done paying for it. Good food too, I always love stopping in here.

Jimmy John’s is good for a quick, and I mean freaky-​fast, lunch. Their sandwiches are good and I love that I can just ask for a #5 and they make it. I’m over the whole «stand in front of the assembly line and decide which of the 15 veggies, 13 condiments and 14 seasonings I want on my sandwich» routine. Just give me a number 3 and hold the onions. Done!
There’s nothing overly exciting about this place, but the food is passable, the service is always fast and friendly and the prices are low.
