If you are looking to take the family out for hibachi, make sure to make a reservation and bring them here. Fantastic show by the chefs and the food is delicious! Kids always begging to go back with friends. Love this place especially for hibachi.

I’ve eaten here too many times to count. It’s very inconsistent. The issue mainly is the chef. They have a few great chefs and some that can ruin your night. Our chef tonight was far from great(although not the worst we’ve had). The fried rice was not properly prepared. It shouldn’t be white or light yellow. My son and I ordered Tuna and we were never asked how we wanted it cooked. I had to interrupt our chef before we had shoe leather. Even then the tuna was way over cooked. My other son ordered his steak medium rare yet was it was on the grill longer than the people that ordered medium. It was closer to well done. To top it off he served Sachi to my 13 year old! Not the«non-alcoholic» version — the real thing. Sadly I’ll keep going back and hoping for a good chef.

I love this place they have the best chicken teriyaki hibachi hands down of any place I’ve ever been to. The prices are somewhat expensive but reasonable and I’m very happy to go here for birthdays and ect. I love the service and the food is never salty or greasy. It’s a lovely hidden gem and I like the plaza there’s dessert at the froyo place across the street afterwards.

I was close to giving 4 stars but just couldn’t due to how bad my last experience with them was. My biggest advice here is ONLYGOIFYOU’REDOINGHIBACHI!!! You can still get sushi at the habachi, the quality of it will be far better than if you sat down here. I came twice for hibachi and the chefs did a phenomenal job and performance, and I had also ordered a dynamite roll(and I hate sushi!) and it was to die for, I craved it so bad after I urged us to return the following month. I believe they were scheduled to close at either 10 or 11 that night, and we had walked in at 8pm and immediately a bar tender who was clearly drunk already while serving yelled out to us «WERECLOSED!» I said«no you’re not, it said you guys close at 10(or 11)» and she laughed and said«I don’t even know haha!» Why would you even open your mouth then… anyways, I ordered the dynamite roll, crab rangoon, and dumplings. My friends had ordered chicken and steak dinners, and everything we ate was horrible, I didn’t even finish my dynamite roll which I was obsessed with for the longest time. The service really wasn’t good either. This place has a beautiful atmosphere and very clean bathrooms, but it’s really only worth it for the hibachi.

Came here a few times for work lunch and ordered three different types of lunch hibachi(tuna, filet mignon, salmon) and each time left quite impressed. Usually I go to hibachi restaurant for the show, while the show holds quite a bit of entertainment value for groups, the food is always mediocre at best. I am a very picky food snob and hibachi doesn’t jive with great food for a range of reasons: sauce is too saucy, fried rice is too oily, medium rare steak turning out to be medium well, and that half a slab of butter they mix in while you are watching … it’s barely a ‘meh’ and quite pricey for the quality. Sachi is a completely different story, we came back repeatedly because of the quality of the hibachi is quite good. The variety of seafood goes much further beyond the usual(e.g. blue fin tuna, salmon, scallop, swordfish). Hibachi lunch ranges anywhere from $ 9 for vegetarian to $ 16 for lobsters, which also comes with sides of salad/soup, white/fried rice, and sauteed mushroom/flambé shrimp. Quite a steal for hibachi style restaurants. They prepare the food in the kitchen at lightning speed and they absolutely nails the execution of the proteins — whether it is glistening and tender salmon filet, cubes of lean bluefin tuna, or perfectly timed medium rare filet mignon; the individual rice drops of fried rice stays distinct while mixed in with lots of goodies, flavorful vegetables, and the sauce is never salty. I find myself not really having to use the extra sauce they provide since the flavor on the plate is already perfect. I guess it really counts for something when you are not multi-tasking to entertain a table of guests and instead focus on just cooking a fine dish. The waiters are quite nice, but a few may have trouble understanding English and you may need to verify your order with them(though they usually do that automatically anyway). Note for next time — try their sushi!

Having forgotten to make reservations at my favorite sushi restaurant up the street we decided to give Sachi a try. We started off with a mai tai and scorpion bowl. Both drinks were decent but definitely had the bite of well liquor. We ordered several special rolls to share. While the quality of the fish was excellent and the sushi beautifully displayed, it was forgettable. Nothing is more unfortunate about ordering entirely different rolls and having them all taste so similarly they are indistinguishable. That was our unfortunate experience at Sachi. We also found the prices to be on the higher end for such a monotonous experience.

A truly delicious exoerience. The seafood is fresh. The menu is extensive and very creative with wonderful sauce creations to go on the sushi. They have a full bar and great ambiance with plenty of room. The customer srvice is outstanding. I love this place. You won’t be disappointed.

Great good — great service. Clean environment. The only reason I didn’t give a five? It was my first time and I have high expectations. Recommend it for sure.

Came here with an Amazon local deal. Got the habachi. It was great! We ordered the salmon and swordfish. Fish was fresh, tasty sauce. Good service and average price for a habachi place. I’d be back!

I found this place from a friends recommendation and it is awesome. The Tuesday deal is such a bargain and the food is excellent. Not cheap, but worth every bit. I can not recommend it highly enough.

If you want sauces spilled all over you and traumatize your kids, go to Sachi. The hibachi chef missed his act and his grill utensil came flying on to my 3 yr old daughter spilling sauces all over us. Thank God my daughter wasn’t hurt. Beyond that the restaurant manager did not have the minimum courtesy to either apologize or even clean the mess. We had to explicitly request to get the table cleaned up after 5 min. Moreover, the chef asks my daughter whether she wants to try baby sake. All in all a horrible experience. Extremely inappropriate and inconsiderate staff fit for nothing more than a cheap dingy joint. Neither us nor any of our friends will ever set foot in this place.

The service here is horrendous. I went there with my kids after purchasing a Groupon. We waited 20 minutes before the waiter showed up. He didn’t even ask us what we wanted to drink. There was one set of chopsticks and two place settings for 3 people and 4 glasses of water. Is there a pWe had to ask him to bring the items over. When he did he placed the place settings in front of the empty seat and a set of chopsticks with no napkins.

We came here with a party of around 14 and were seated fairly quickly. I’ve been to many hibachi places and have enjoyed most. The mini performance is pretty similar throughout the industry and no surprises. I’m fine with that as I’m more interested in the meat being cooked well and not getting sick. I’m usually disappointed by hibachi food as the chef usually can’t control the appropriate timing and heat of the cooking process due to the obvious time constraints and variety of food he has to cook. This Sachi cook surprised me with a very good fried rice which was flavored well and cooked nicely. I had picked the steak and scallop combo and knew it was a bit risky as it usually comes out under cooked or over cooked. Again this chef was great in his timing and cooked the scallops just right. The steak was also done medium rare as I had asked. The chef did an excellent job keeping track of the sheer volume of items we had ordered. That tells me he is very experienced and knows exactly what he’s doing. I’m a little sad I forgot his name but he deserves a compliment. Two of our party was also their birthdays so Sachi gave them deserts and let them wear these big doll heads that were hilarious. Great fun. Definitely will come again but only if that same chef is around.

I am so excited I have found this place. It is in a plaza of a few stores and 2 other restaurants. The restaurant is beautiful, designed elegantly and cosy at the same time. I have been here several times for lunch and have always had a great meal. The manager is so incredibly sweet, he comes over a couple of times to check in and it is obvious he cares about the experience. The presentation of the food is simply artistic and the food is delicious. It rivals any downtown restaurant in Boston and a true gem in the metro west area! Anytime I am in the«borough» towns this is where I go to eat!

I have to come Westborough one week/month and I make it a point to visit Sachi every time. Their sushi is fantastic and the apps are always spot on. Jay’s(bartender/manager) recommendations always come through. Dining options are limited in the sticks, but Sachi always makes up for it.

Did we have a fun time here as a family. Very family friendly. There was a little fuss about the groupon, but they took it without a big deal
