Where Are The Negative Stars??? This is the worst DQ experience ever!!! Service was HORIBLE! Slow! My shake was watery as hell & had to wait for almost 10 minutes to order & another 10 to receive order. Only 1 person working on a weekday at 5 in the evening! Who does that??? Definitely would not suggest this place

Absolutely the best Dairy Queen! I have been coming here for years, and I know the owner lady and we talk every time I come in. She is extremely professional and runs a very clean, friendly, and of course delicious Dairy Queen! I always appreciate being recognized every time I come in here! She makes an effort to recognize all of her regulars and talk to them about how they are doing every time! I would give 10 stars if Unilocal would let me :).

Never a line here. BUT only one person working every time I come in so the wait time for ice cream or food is pretty long.

Would have given ZEROSTARS if possible. Don’t frequent this establishment if you’re disabled. I have a spinal cord injury and have a service dog for mobility issues. I was told I couldn’t have her in the restaurant. The employee was totally ignorant of the law and discriminated against me because of my disability.

Love this place so much :) Very friendly staff, good deals and good quality ice cream. My favourite; Caramel Shake and Oreo Blizzard…

Rude, unprofessional and totally not worth the drive to get a blizzard. I drove there to use a $ 5 off coupon that was not honored because they didn’t feel like they needed to honor it. It was only for«select» dq’s and this establishment looked at me like I pissed in their Cheerios when I asked about the offer. Really guys?! 5 bucks. I’ll stick with Chick-fil-a or McDonalds for my next frosty. Thanks for making my decision easy.

My boyfriend and I come here every sunday. Tina is a sweetheart. I was bummed the mini rollos blizzard were discontinued and she made me a blizzard with chocolate chunks and caramel. Not the same but pretty darn close. She always has a smile on her face. DQ, yall are lucky to have her. She’s awesome. Oh and the ice cream is good too :)

Very poor customer service. My friends bought a cheeseburger two drinks two ice creams and when I asked for ranch they wanted to charge us for it. After I bought enough already. Workers didn’t smile and it wasn’t a good experience.

Very friendly and I saved some money with a Unilocal check in coupon!

Well, there was bad customer service because a worker gave me someone else’s order. Next, another worker there made a scene in front of the other customers there and was talking to me in way that made me feel like I was the one that was at fault. Lastly as I was sitting there with the food, the workers treated me like I wasn’t even there and wanted me to leave. All in all, the food was alright but I shouldn’t have been yelled at for getting someone else’s order.

First time having a blizzard and I got mint Oreo:) it’s like a fancier version of a mcflurry. Great dessert for a hot day. Helpful service too.

No cherry dip for the ice cream cones! I went in to see if they had this available as it is one of my favorite treats. They were beyond rude as if I was ignorant for asking such a question

Great food and there’s service with a smile! I love most if not all of their dessert menu. From the blizzard to their slushee, it’s all just so tasty! Been here a few times and I’ve never had bad service. It can get hot in there once in awhile but it’s so worth the tasty goodies! I finally tried their burger. And normally you do not go to DQ for fried food, but it was actually delicious! It tasted homemade, which is a great thing coming from a chain! I do wish the Orange Julius reciped wasn’t changed, but it’s not their fault. Think they all modified it, but I do miss the classic flavor. Anyhoo it’s summer so get your butt over here!

Out of smores blizzards until next week! And this flavor is only available thru the end of the month! How is that ok? Order an emergency supply or something!!! I hate when food establishments run out of something on the menu.

Food is ok here… not expecting that much really from a DQ… ice cream is yummy as always!

We love DQ, but it just seems that all the stores in this center are not up to standards of their locations. For example the Target in the center just seems to be dirtier than other Targets. Same for this DQ. Also, our mint Blizzard did not come out so well. Service was not the friendliest.

One of the worst DQs. 3.28 for the tiniest medium cone and the first one the kid gave me was crushed on one side so I asked him to make me another. The second one was tiny with the smallest amount of sprinkles ever.

My kids and I just finished eating here and I have to say it is very expensive and the cashier who helped us wasn’t friendly at all. Ice cream is supposed to be fun and refreshing, not a big downer. We could have gone to McDonalds or Wendy’s and got ice cream that is similar quality for about half what we paid at DQ. I have fond memories of my hometown DQ in the Midwest. It was sparkling clean and the owners were proud of it. This one is kind of run down and dirty looking, obviously just a profit machine for some absentee owner who probably owns twenty other locations. Plus on another visit in the evening the kid working there said that the owners take the money from the tip jar and keep it for themselves. My advice is to skip this place and save your money.

Best kept secret in HB area. Best burgers in Huntington Beach area. So fresh and full of flavor they make your mouth water between bites. #4 Combo $ 6.89 What a deal. Great service they are always so helpful. I come out of my way ten miles to have lunch here when I can. I work in Costa Mesa. Chicken strips that taste like chicken. Don’t get me started on how fresh the fries are. Deserts to die for. So clean you could eat off of the floor. Yummy.

Almost never a line here, and my latest discovery I’m afraid will turn into my future feared addiction: Nutter Butter blizzard! I don’t even want to think about how many calories this sucker is, because I know I’ll regret it! I can only handle a mini size. I take it back, I mean I will only ALLOW myself a mini size. This thing combines two of my favorite things in the world: Nutter Butter cookies and Dairy Queen icecream!!! I seriously inhaled this yummy treat like no other, and I don’t know why I’ve never tried it before! And it doesn’t help that its right next to a clothing store I go to almost every week. Anyways, if you come here you can’t leave without trying the nutter butter blizzard. I believe it’s seasonal so don’t miss out! My bf swears by their dipped cones which are classic here. They have 3 different sizes for dipped cones. But why go here for dipped cones when you can get blizzards?! And I just found out they close at 9:30PM on weekdays… looks like I’ll be seeing you again tonight DQ!
