The doctor literally said to me «How do your symptoms relate to urgent care? They don’t. You’re not going to keel over, you just don’t feel well. Make an appointment to see a PCP and talk to them because I can’t do anything for you.» She then proceeded to pretend to listen to my heart and my lungs and left the room. I woke up one day last week dizzy and unable to focus (my eyes, and concentrate) I’m having trouble processing information, I’m extremely tired, and I have been out of work for a week and a half now. This insensitive and uncaring woman has no business working with the public. Totally heartless. If I could give her a 0 I would. The only reason I even think about giving this place 1 star is the nurse Angela was very nice to me. Even the receptionist was pushy. She interrupted my question asking about how I was going to pay for my co-​pay and I asked her to give me a minute because I’m having trouble multi-​tasking and she proceeded to ask me two more times. I will NEVER go back here.

Great walk-​in and urgent care facility; part of Hartford Hospital.
Staff are very friendly and helpful; there is very little wait time and the lobby is very clean and quiet; plenty of parking. I have been here many times and always am very happy about the care I receive!!!
