Just bought a bottle of Vodka here and got home 5min away when I noticed the cap was broke. Normally, I wouldn’t waste time writing a review about a broken bottle of booze but the clerk(owner I think) was such a jerk about me trying to return the bottle I have to say something. In short, the clerk tried every excuse in the book as to why the broken bottle was my fault. First he tried to say the bottle was empty. It was full. When he saw the bottle was corked(My own cork I used to transport it back to the store) he tried to say that that came with the bottle and the plastic cap was supposed to break. Finally, he says he won’t take it back because he only makes $ 2 a bottle and he’ll lose money if he returns it. I say«Yea well that’s the cost of doing business. You wouldn’t drink a bottle of OJ if the seal was tampered with would you?» When he saw I wasn’t leaving he got fed up and tried to say that it was hours ago when I made the purchase and that I broke the cap off the bottle myself. I reminded him that I just wished him a Merry Christmas when I was there 10MINUTESEARLIER. You should really learn how to treat your neighbors better. You just lost a loyal customer… Merry Christmas Dickhead.

Évaluation du lieu : 4 Wheat Ridge, CO
Wheat Ridge’s Best Local Liquor spot! They’re are several in the neighborhood but this one takes the cake with its great location, right next to the grocery and its always helpful and super friendly clerks. Whether Im Splurging here on Birthday parties or dropping in to pick a wine pairing for dinner, I always know I’m getting a great deal. There is one clerk, who deserves a shout out, he really knows his stuff and is always quick to make a great suggestions on everything from Party Quantities that don’t sacrifice quality to finding a good Wine, not to mention his good heart’d nature has you leaving the store with a smile. (You know who you are!)
