Dunkin’ Donuts

My wife being a huge coolatta fan and having moved into the area recently we decided last night to go out and get her a coolatta. As we arrived to the drive thru we asked for the Cherry Coolatta which I used to get all the time in Chicago and someone responded with an attitude «we don’t have Cherry Coolatta» so then I asked for a strawberry instead and they said they did not have any as well and quickly said «oh yes we do». We ordered it and as soon as I arrived to the window to pay some hairy looking skinny gorilla just brought my drink, gave me my total very mean, took my debit card and closed the window on my face and worst of all NO RECEIPT!!! what kind of stupid business is this and what kind of terrorists do they hire. NEVER GOING BACK! Being a customer service supervisor I always expect great service but thins Dunkin Donuts needs to close operations and dedicate to something else. YUCK!

I get coffee here every morning on my way to work. I go through the drive-​thru, which has no line and no wait. Never once has my drink ever been made incorrectly or inadequately. The staff is efficient and good natured. I get a lot for what I pay, especially considering I would be paying more than double for the same drink order at Starbucks. I’m surprised there aren’t more reviews for this location. I have been coming here for almost a year and have never encountered anything short of satisfactory service.
The best thing is, the drive-​thru is so quick. It takes five minutes or less, so I don’t have to worry about being late for work.

The first time because we were in a hurry. Two sandwiches and only an IV would more efficiently deliver grease.

Being a long time Dunkin Donuts customer, I have tried many locations over 30 years. This shop is the best in quick, polite, and accurate customer service. I go out of my way to work often just to pickup my morning coffee at this store.

I never stop off for coffee or fast food breakfast but I was heading to work with a wicked hangover. I ordered a coffee and a sandwich that had hash browns for a side. When I pulled up in the drive thru, there was a random sausage patty sitting on the window ledge. It was more gross than it was random and I should have used this as a warning sign. The girl at the window was extremely slow and because I hadn’t had my coffee yet, I was cranky. Got my bag of food and my coffee and drove off, I was running late now that my service was so slow. I opened my bag at a red light and my hash browns weren’t in there. I was hoping to nibble on a few while I was driving to work it instead had to scarf the sandwich down in the parking lot on my way into the building.

I visit this location at least once a week if not ¾ a week, it’s very hit or miss! Today the lady was Lucia? She was rude, short with me, never gave me a receipt, ignored me while I tried waiting for it, and my coffee was all cream and sugar! I don’t want to be rude but the girls that work here and not very intelligent and knowledgable of the menu (it’s dunkin donuts, customers are more knowledgable) ! One thing I love is the location and convince! Needs a better staff though!
