I ordered a glass shower door/enclosure and had it installed by Michael Wagner and Sons. It happened to have a chip on the top of the door. I called to report the issue and Bill Wagner gave us a hard time and said WE should of noticed that upon installation. He finally ordered a new glass door after we sent a picture of the original chip in the door. We waited for the phone call for the replacement door and it never came. We called after five weeks to see if the door came in. Bill said it was in and we were to pick it up. I asked when it can be installed and his response was«Its our problem». We need to have someone install it. They will not provide the installation. We need to pick the door up too because they will not deliver it. They do not stand behind their product. During my conversation over the phone with Bill, Without directly saying that«I did it», Bill insinuated that I put the chip in the shower door. The conversation was going nowhere and Bill repeatedly said it was not his problem due to the fact that the company sub-contracts the labor for installing their shower enclosure. It was up to me to pay for another installation. I do not recommend this company because they do not stand behind their products and they have poor business etiquette. Negative stars from me! VERYVERYDISAPPOINTEDWITHTHISCOMPANY!!!

I used Michael Wagner and Sons to purchase semi-custom cabinetry. While we hadn’t saved up what we needed to do a remodel, some breakages required us to move up our schedule on a more limited budget. We went to Wagner because of the cabinets they sell… the same as we have in our bathroom which show to be very high quality. To start out, we looked at many places and felt most comfortable with her. While other places wanted to just give us a quote and send us on our way, Laura spent time to understand what we wanted. When it was a bit out of our price range we discussed Chinese options and stock options. When it became clear semi-custom was what we needed, she made our price work. It’s amazing what shortening a cabinet 3 inches can do or using aftermarket lazy susan instead of the cabinet manufacturer’s. She really took a lot of time with us(these discussions carried out over weeks with emails and 3 visits). We spent 30 minutes discussing wood style because we hate the oak grain but couldn’t pay 20% more for another species(Hickory is the same price as Oak and among the hardest woods out there). Call us high maintenance, but kitchens are a big investment and one wrong move can send the whole thing south. One of the options was to ship the cabinets to the store and pick them up in a UHaul. The staff there barely let me even help load the UHaul. She really spent a lot of time with us to get things how we wanted and in the price we could afford. But the biggest sign of a quality establishment is how they deal with you after the sale. While we had a couple moments of slow responsiveness during the order process, once the install began(we used our own contractors), there were a couple of minor problems. Laura was right there to fix them, no hesitation or questions asked. So many companies want to churn you through the door as quickly as possible, it’s refreshing to see people like Laura who will take the time to get your what you want. As the end of the day, we’re ecstatic not only with the design of our kitchen, but the quality of the cabinets.
