Worst experience ever. Waited thirty minutes, with only two orders in front of us. Four things off the dollar menu, no special requests. In the middle of an eight and a half hour drive with three young boys and our dog, decided we couldn’t wait any longer. Requested my money back. Manager made me wait another five minutes and copped the worst attitude. He took as long as he could to check the receipt and count the money. During this time, our order finally came up. He never asked if I wanted it. In fact, never said anything at all. Never apologized for the wait or offered to do anything. Guess who’s never getting our money. Fast food, hell, no. Taco Hell? Hell, yes.

Absolute worst!!! Just waited in drive-​thru for over 20 min for a taco. The car that appeared to be holding up the line was not told to pull forward. Once they were gone, we breezed through. But, by that point, it was pretty ridiculous!

This is the slowest fast food restaurant I have ever been to. The absolute idiots working there had no urgency whatsoever to get food to the customer. I ordered three soft tacos and it took over 15 minutes to get them and there was hardly anyone else in the restaurant. I would never recommend anyone to go there and would recommend that all employees be fired and if possible never be hired anywhere else again.

New construction, so I’m assuming it’s pretty clean although I went through the drive thru. Order was correct and ingredients were distributed evenly and properly on my items. For fast food, it was what you’d expect. I’d go back.
