The customer service here was great! The staff was very friendly and the fries were very fresh! Delicious– not too sure why they have such bad ratings ??

How fucking hard could it be to follow my simple order. A caramel iced coffee with LIGHT ice. Maybe they should stop goofing off as that’s all I see at this McDonald’s.

This is the closest McDonalds to me and its service is terrible as well as food being fresh, and let’s not forget that horrific line it took 10mins if not longer just to get coffee and cookies? Like WHY? I was late to work. I won’t be coming here any longer.

Crappy Drive thru service. Oreo McFlurry with extra Oreo topping. Not even a full portion. What a bummer. 05.15.2016 approx 930pm

HORRIBLE DRIVE THRU SERVICE especially at night!!! They are sooooooooo slow I’ve been waiting 10 minutes!!! (It’s 10:40 now and I got here at 10:30) .they need more staff or better coverage/​sense of urgency… and to top it off… my fries were cold :(

Something is wrong with a food place that advertises breakfast all day then runs out of eggs on a weekday morning. The last 4 times Ihave been to this mc donalds they either discontinued a menu item or they have just run out if the item. This morning when i wanted the egg white delight they said they didn’t have any egg whites only regular eggs. If they use fresh cracked eggs in the breakfast couldn’t they have just separated the yolk and egg whites? How hard is that to do? I just left and not going back to this location.

Not all day breakfast! I went at 1pm to get all day breakfast and they said it limited after 11am??? What a joke I wanted egg Mac muffin they said no! Only limited breakfast allowed after 11am! That’s not all day breakfast!

So… It was midnight on the 1^st and my friend and I came here. I never eat McDonald’s, but I really wanted some breakfast. There was one care behind us and the lady said we couldn’t do two separate orders. We were confused by this because people do it all the time. She said if we wanted another order we would have to go around again and order. My friend and I already decided that we weren’t going to take the food and we would go to a different one. We decided to speak with the manager and she said she wasn’t «allowed» to do separate, and she said because she had people in her «busy» drive thru. ONE CAR!!! She was being really sassy with us and we just couldn’t understand why they wouldn’t do that. So we went to the location on painter and they did everything for us that that this location couldn’t. It was ridiculous.
The manager that was back talking to us was this over eight dark haired lady who kept saying she’s been working there for four years… Obviously she doesn’t know her shit because every other McDonalds we went to could help us.

Sweet Jesus!!! Every time I visit this location, I have to practically beg for condiments. Is there a shortage? I never have this problem with any other restaurant.

A kid got completely naked and pooped in the play place a short while ago and Mc D’s made no attempt to clean it even when it was brought to their attention by multiple guests. The dad of the child that pooped went up and cleaned it with napkins, but the fecal matter/​equipment was not properly cleaned or sterilized. Management doesn’t seem to care if kids play in a contaminated area. I am so repulsed and disgusted by their lack of action.

McDonalds has got a lot of guff the last 10 – 20 years… and I would like to say that

Its 11pm on Wednesday night. I pull up to the 2^nd window hearing loud rap music from the inside lol. One of the employees calls the other one a bitch. Im pretty shocked being that this is this part of Whittier lol. Lastly, the cashier didnt even bother to speak to me! Took my card, swiped it, gave me my order, shut the window. Good job McDonald’s. Lets fight for 15 for treatment like that.

This rating reflects what you would expect from a McDonald’s. While I would consider McDonald’s a 2 – 3 star I have had mostly good experiences with this location. Orders are usually correct and the inside is updated and pretty clean compared to other MCD locations in the area. Best play place in the area if you have kids. So I give 4 stars. The parking situation is not great as the drive through line typically blocks all the spaces close to the front. Parking in the back parking lot makes it much easier to escape.

I came here with my 3 boys today (3÷9÷15 @ 14:15) and that’s after I had placed my order and drove to the park and started to hand out happy meals to the boys and then finally I get to my bag and find out that I’m missing the fries to my burger meal (I ordered the meal not a burger and a drink, and the drive thru girl confirmed the order before saying «first window». So I drove back to get my fries and the complete order redone because I’m not going to drink water down coke, nor eat a cold burger. And to my displease the drive thru girl still had the nerve to charge me for my fries after I wasted time driving back because they messed up my order. I asked to speak to the manager and instead of her saying «I’m sorry and here’s your order». I got nothing but «we need to charge you for the fries» I’m like really after you messed up my order and I had to drive back to get my order right, you still want to charge me? And she says, «Okay I won’t this time»… … And then they had me wait to get my order out, and finally after 6 minutes a girl walks to my car with only my burger (fries were given to me at the drive thru before they had me park) no drink… And now I’m like «wtf» I was not hungry anymore and told her I need my money back… It wasn’t her fault it was the drive thru girls fault. Sure I should’ve checked my bag before leaving, but who remembers to do that when you got 3 little ones going nuts about their happy meal on its way? I think of them first… And I would suppose with enough people working the drive thru they would not miss a thing and check the order right before they hand it out. Would you like $ 15 an hour? Hold on to that dream…

They always tend to mess up my order. I don’t get mad or complain because it’s kind of a «at minimum wage you get what you pay for» kind of deal. I usually just go drive thru so I just get down and ask for my order to be corrected. Well during one of my visits they messed up my order and I went to exchange it. Apparently another man had the same issue. When he spoke with the manager, the manager said, «well we will refund you your money but you need to check your order before you leave». I was in shock. If your employees make a mistake your response shouldn’t be to get upset with the customer. They really need to do something about the attitude.

This place was filthy, 7 – 9 people behind the counter talking, talking. Talking. After waiting 4 min to be helped at the counter I then waited another 6 min for a lg cup and a pumpkin pie.
And the bathrooms. OMG. Do they ever clean and stock them here ?? Oh wait that’s right they were to busy talking to each other and walking up to take orders while chewing on food. Avoid this McDonalds if you can.

Yes they just remodeled but my gosh does this place wreak of urine! I usually go through the drive through or take my food to go after ordering inside but boy did I regret eating inside this time. It smells like a portal potty! I don’t understand how I managed to keep the food down.
I would say they need to febreze those seats and wipe down their surfaces more often! I understand that bums hang out here so it’s bound to smell by my gosh…

This McDonalds is becoming a haven for the homeless. I never let my son go into the bathroom alone. The cups are always given to me sticky. The tables are always sticky. Teach your employees to wipe stuff clean. Presentation matters.
Definitely a Convenient location but I think I’ll go out of my way from now on.

I am amazed at this place. We ordered our food and sat down to eat it and my son takes the pickles out of his burger… Guess what we found in the burger???

This place is a newly remodeled McDonalds that has some pretty cool features.
They have 2 drive thru windows (but with only one drive thru line) taking orders to expedite the process. Parking is very limited but there is more parking on the lower level… the wait can be long in the morning…
