wings suck the girls who work there hate there jobs and need to go back to Walmart thanks wing stop but no thanks

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I wish they had an option with no stars. I have been there once before and I ordered online and it was okay customer service, not bad, not good. This last time, I tried ordering online and it was not an option, I guess because of the super bowl they were not allowing online orders between 11am-​6pm, which I get it but really? I doubt people were going to order that early for super bowl and even if they were to put in an order that early, pretty sure they were not going to pick up till later when the super bowl actually starts. Anywaaaays In result to that I had to call in to order, when I called a guy answered, (did not get his name which I wish I had gotten) sounded like a girl but I knew it was a guy. He had attitude and was very rude, I understand its just wing stop but c’mon you work with customers and it is a customer service job at least have some phone etiquette. If you hate your job, that is on you. Then I had my friend call and ask to have the time pushed back on the order, this time a girl answered, just as rude. First she could not find my order and repeated the name over 6 times making sure she got it right and saying that she could not hear what my friend was saying because she was talking «too low» but really I think the girl just couldn’t hear period. Then once finding my order (if she even found it) she answers with «I guess we can make you another order.» You «guess?» What kind of BS is that? It’s like saying I guess I’ll pay you for cooking something that I had ordered. NO that is not okay. Definitely never going there again. I would rather drive 2 more minutes to the El Monte one rather than getting attitude from two different employees and possibly messing with my food. Hell No! Just wondering if all of them are like that? Annoyed. I’m done now.

This is honestly the worst wing stop EVER !!! If I can put no stars I would worst customer service extremely rude employees were not willing to help the customer worst phone etiquette. The employees really need to be taught some manners, I called asking if we can pick it up an hour later of my time and the girl on the phone tells me «I guess we can do that for you» like wtf yes I am the customer I’m paying you to have my order the way I ordered it I’m not asking for a ridiculous command. Okay I’m done ranting I’m just truly disappointed with the service I will not be going back.

Best wings ever! Staff was very friendly during the grand opening. You will not regret visiting!

Worst wing stop I have been to. Where should I start, well from outside and inside the building looks nice it’s brand new I expected a lot. I walk up to the counter and I get this horrendous wiff of what smells like a dirty rag or a wet towel left in the washer for a few days. I placed my order to go through their online website, I even thought of not picking up my food when I smelled this and just walking away however I stood and picked up my food. What I got was dark red stained wings without any sauce. Usually when you order to go your wings get dry understandable, so you dip them in the sauce at the bottom. There was no sauce on the bottom of where I got my original hot wings from. My wings were made dry and as a result they tasted flavorless. This was a new spot for me today as this is a new branch which is closer to my home, I have learned to never eat at this wingstop but instead drive the extra miles to the one in pico off Washington.

I always order online to cut down waiting time. I usually just pull in pay and head back out. Staff is friendly and the wings are great. Happy I finally have a wing stop near me.

I had the cajun wings are they were great! A little on the pricey side but they taste great.

Been here a couple times & every time I come the service given is the best! I always see new employees & they are all very nice & helpful. The food is always done perfectly too! I’d rather drive out to this Wingstop then go to the one closer to my house on Telegraph Road. Wish I can give this place more stars. Great job!

My experience at this Wing stop was terrible the girl was rude! Very bad customer service! Couldn’t get my phone order right! Wouldn’t accommodate to my order… Never again! Employees really need customer service training!

If you don’t want food poisoning don’t go here. My husband and kids wanted to try the new Wingstop location in Whittier by our house. It was right after our kids soccer game and we ordered wings for the whole family. About an hour after dinner we were all sick. I tried calling the manager but she insisted it was not their fault and there was nothing to prove we got sick from their restaurant. Nice.

I love wingstop food but my favorite part is always the service. I interacted with about 3 employees during my visit there and they were all very helpful.
I had the Spicy Korean, which is sweet with a little spicy kick. I didn’t find it too spicy though and would have it again.
I also had the hickory smoked BBQ which is always a safe choice.
They fries were OK. Not very crispy or salty — but the quality of the fries will depend on your taste. Some people don’t like them as salted.
Probably didn’t need a side of dipping sauce since he wings were pretty saucy.
No doubt would come back to this location.

I love the fact that this place is a few blocks from me and next to my favorite burger place Big D’s burger. I really enjoyed the new wing flavor they have called Spicy Korean, its a super sweet but spicy tasty flavor. the only reason they are getting 4 stars is because i have had to clean my own table all three times I’ve been there and thats no bueno.
Clean your tables and you get 5 stars for everything else that makes this place a # 1 stop for wings.
Please install the self serve touch screen Cocoa Cola machine that the other WingStops in Pico Rivera location has and its awesome!

This location opened up about a month ago, and usually, I have a rule about dining at new chain locations: Never go within the first three months as to avoid sub-​par food and service from the newly trained staff. However, I made an exception this time around, since I love me some wings.
I’m not going to lie, the wings were crispy, tasty, and had just the right amount of sauce. The fries were hot, tasty and seasoned with their wonderful house seasoning. The service I got on my first visit was flawless as well. The wait was a bit long to get our food, but seeing that it was lunchtime on a Friday, I forgave them on this one.
Also, bring a sweater if you’re dining in. They had the air conditioning on blast, but it was hot that day (100’s). So, it’s kind of a double edged sword.
Another thing to note about THIS location is that they DO NOT serve beer. Most other wingstops have a small selection of bottled and a draft beer or two, but not here. Might be a licensing issue, but either way, I’ve never drank at a Wingstop.
Over all, not a bad visit at all! If they can keep it up, they might get that 5^th star from me…

Love wingstop usually go to the one in pico on Washington. they always make my garlic parmesan wings with a lot of flavor. this location was definitely lacking on its flavor not sure if it’s because its a new location and the employees need training? Might give this location another try since its the closest to my house. hopefully they don’t disappoint me a second time!

Would rather drive past this wingstop to El Monte location. Employees are pretty rude. If they really listened to your order it wouldn’t be hard to get it right. They also don’t own up to their mistakes, instead they give attitude. Horrible at taking phone orders. & they have no problem denying taking a phone order when they feel it’s «too late». Yet called the El Monte location and they did their job & took it no problem.

Thank you KATIA for checking my to-​go order before I paid for it and drove home only to find 6 wings missing! Also, thank you SARA for the attitude as you handed me my 6 missing wings after driving all the way back to your filthy work place and bringing back my entire order of wings (as requested) only to find out it was a complete waste of time. You did not check my receipt nor did you check my order. You didn’t even justify a reason for having to gather up the incomplete order of wings and bring them back to the restaurant. I will NOT be returning. POOR SERVICE AND RUDE EMPLOYEES.

Happy to have a Wingstop so close to home so I can get my lemon pepper wing fix almost anytime now. I did feel that waiting 30 min. for a 6 pc meal was a bit much but my food was good. I’ll try phoning in my order next time and see how that goes. Oh and the advertised skip the wait and order on-​line feature is not up and running yet for this location…

I could give five stars for the food, but the service.
was horrible. I understand the wait on a Friday night. They didn’t get my order correct. So I ended up ordering an extra side of fries for my daughter. While we are the rest of our order that was up. We took about 20 to 30 minutes to eat it. They had not called us up to get our fries. But they called a bunch of other people for their orders. Finally getting ready to leave I went up to ask about what happened to our fries and they completely forgot them after I paid extra for them. I was not to happy about it. I went to the restroom and my husband saw the employee make a mocking face when I turned my back. He got upset. And told them we didn’t want the fries. They didn’t return the money. He told them it was rude what they did and all I was asking for was something I paid for. He told them to keep the fries we weren’t going to eat them. And we really had somewhere to be.

So far, so good! Keep it up! The place was empty when we went on a Thursday evening, probably because not a lot of people knew they were already open for business… the place was clean and set up nice, the staff were friendly, and the wings were yummy! The food is a little pricey but whatever, it’s 2015, everything is expensive! I’m just glad this lil shopping center is getting a modern update!

Very fast service and the workers were very pleasant. I always enjoy some good and freshly made wings. You have a large selection of sauce choices. Most orders are out within 16 minutes.
