He repaired the old Gicar unit in my La Valentina (Grimac) and was able to offer troubleshooting tips to help finish my repairs. Very knowledgeable and friendly, with quick turnaround time and very fair pricing.

Great service, fast, easy, and really knows his stuff. Saved my circa 2002 ECM Giotto espresso machine, which had a Gicar that was no longer available, and would have needed rewiring to use a $ 250 replacement part. Pat promptly fixed and tested my existing controller for a fraction of that, and gave me tips for keeping the old one running a lot longer.
