Went with my kids on Father’s Day and had a great experience. Very tasty libations!
Had Absinthe for the first time and loved it. But… the Mooseshine is what I went for and what I got as a FD present.

I especially appreciate that Carbon Glacier Distillery took an aging space and revived it – and, showed respect to the town of Wilkeson by making their storefront look as though it had been here since the beginning of time. The interior is stunning, and it invites you in. The staff are awesome folks. Their product is amazing. If you happen to be passing through, pop in to their tasting room.
