Had a great dinner here after an 8 hour long drive to vacation in the area with my family. The place was busy, but the wait wasn’t long, our server was great, even though it was very busy. The food wait time wasn’t long either. Our food was hot, and good, as we would expect from Cracker Barrel. Prices are very reasonable. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was in the store part, there were many workers watching over you like a hawk, and seemed to follow you around the store. I don’t know if this location has had issues with shoplifters or what, but it was annoying. Other than that, it hit the spot after our long drive.

Karie/​Katie at the checkout counter was a sweetheart!!!
Especially after the experience I had last night. I made my to go order by phone at 7:24pm, after waiting over 8 minutes on the phone for the order to be taken.
I was told 20mintues. I arrived, made my payment, waited… waited…and waited. Twenty mintues later, I was given room temperature food, missing condiments, utensils, and muffins, I was livid!
I refused the cold food, waited another ten mintues, food had to be remade and items were still missing. My first and last interaction with Karie or Katie at the front made me keep my cool.
Still highly disgusted, I won’t visit this location again.

How can you not like the Cracker Barrel! They have great food and friendly service at all their locations and this one is no different. Arrived in late after a long drive from Baltimore. Even though it was near closing time they staff did not rush us. I ordered the chicken fried chicken. It was delicious and filling. They always give you ample potions for a great value.

We got seated at a timely manner. That was really the only positive thing. I was served a dirty mug for my milk and didn’t realize until it was too late!!! Ugh almost wanted to hurl. Few mins later my pops was given dirty silverware. That’s pathetic. The food itself wasn’t that good, my country fried steak over drenched in gravy. Eggs subpar. Hashbrowns not Crunchy enough. Just horrible. And I’m still wondering if in going to get sick.
Update: some of us got sick so one star, wish I could give zero

We went about 12:30 on a Monday and were seated right away. Our waitress was fake friendly which really bothers me. I’d rather you be rude than fake. It was annoying. Even my 7 year old said «mom I don’t think she’s really nice».
Took a bit for our food, but man, it was delicious! Hot and fresh. Ate every bite.
We visited the store and felt like we were at a car dealership the way the ladies hovered around us trying to sell us stuff. We wanted a few things but walked away without them because we just couldn’t take it anymore. The cashier was rude, so at least she wasn’t
Fake.
Go for the food, not the shop or the service.

We stopped here since we love the Cracker Barrel menu. This store did not disappoint. The food was great. The server (Stanley) was awesome. The staff was friendly and the store was clean

I have been to this resteraunt back to back days with great service and quality breakfast items. I had the same waiter on both days and he was great his name is AJEEZES (AJ). Great location and quality added with service with a smile made me a customer for life.

Worst experience ever at this chain. Table was dirty, one hour wait for food to come after ordering, our food was way over cooked, Childs sandwich not even cooked, food forgot, waitress barely seen and acted like she hated her job. Will never return here. Better management needed.

Cracker Barrel and this one is busy in the morning. 9:15 and the place is almost full. Good food at a fair price with a country theme. It’s in the middle so to speak of all the eating places. Nice for a change of pace.

Came to this location with family. This will always be one of my favorite classic places to eat. Service is always consistently good. (hint: look at the staff’s stars on their apron. It will tell you that they have earned their keep lol) I always seem to get the same thing for breakfast. Uncle Hershals Favorite. For roughly 8 bucks you get a choice of meat, biscuits, a choice of hash browns or fried apples, 2 eggs and grits. A cheap hearty meal. Will def be back. Oh yea… when I go for dinner, I get the meatloaf with mac n cheese, mashed potatoes and gravy and greens. Nothing like a country meal!

This Cracker Barrel does not live up to the general standards of Cracker Barrel. Not even a little. We were ignored for a long time as we waited in line to be seated (along with those in front of us and a long line behind us). The restaurant is dirty. The table, chairs and floor were wet and sticky. Our waitress was prompt but rude. Food was not on par either. Half cooked bacon and burnt pancakes. Sorry, we normally really like Cracker Barrel but I do not recommend eating at this one.

Love this little place. Always consistent food and staff. Friendly and great down home cooking!
They have a cute country store before you sit down, so if there’s a wait (which there usually is)…there are a ton of items to look at and maybe even purchase!
I’ve eaten there for breakfast a number of times and finally just had lunch there. Everything was delicious, as usual.
Definitely a great family place for big parties or somewhere to go on Sunday if you want good coffee and good old fashioned grits and pancakes :)

This is my most favorite ever Cracker Barrel. I’ve been to many in VA, NC, and TN and this to me is the «default». Maybe its because this is the first I ever went to as a youngin’. But I love it! The service is always amazing. Even the people that don’t speak English as well try hard to give you good service. I love the ambiance here. It has fond memories for me. Every year my church sings at Bruton Parish around Christmas time, and we stop here afterwards. Its become our tradition!
And its always the cleanest Cracker Barell. My favorites are the country fried steak, any type of breakfast– including grits. I also love their biscuits and rolls. They have healthier options too including fish, and steamed veggies. And best of all, they play good ‘ol Country Music! Its a nice Hipster-​free place for families and real Americans. The desserts are nothing special, though.

This location is pretty great for the amount of traffic it receives. Our server was quick and tried to finagle our order to make it as low-​cost as possible. Despite the place being pretty well packed, she checked on us several times to make sure we had everything we wanted and quickly brought us anything we needed.
Since it’s a chain and I’ve ordered the same thing for the past few years, my expectations were met. My french toast tasted the same it always does, the bacon was crisp and delicious and the hashbrown casserole was tasty as usual. I was with a friend and he thought his pancakes tasted a bit weird, but the rest of his meal was delicious.

Let me say that I have been a fan of Cracker Barrel – both the food and the service – for many years. Today, unfortunately, I have to conclude that my love affair with this establishment is probably over. Inane never had a worse cup of coffee, sausage or hash browns anywhere. Coffee tasted like water. Dish holding the cream was filthy. Sausage was burned around the edges but pink (and cold) in the middle. My pancakes tasted like CORN BREAD! So much so that I believe someone may have accidentally mixed the batter. All of my food was tepid (at best) and I’m sad to say that only the water was the only COLD thing that I actually ordered. Service was just okay. Actually, that sums this restaurant up: JUST OKAY!
I won’t come back here and I’ll think long and hard before doing Cracker Barrel again anytime soon.

I’ve never been to Cracker Barrel before and people always seem to rave about it so we made a pit stop on the way home from B.G. It was Saturday night so there was a 15 minute wait. They have a knick knack store in the front where you can shop while you wait. They have everything from candy to Christmas decorations to toys and games.
First thing I noticed was how CHEAP all the items on the menu was! I had a bacon cheeseburger and i was the best burger ive had in a loooooooooooong time.
