Whataburger

Very disappointed and then some, had the cashier not been so nice I would have given only one star!
First off, I am a firefighter and every whataburger I have ever been to, gives a police/​firefighter discount. Now, I did not come about this by asking for it, it was offered to me about a year or so ago when one of the employees noticed my uniform shirt and asked me «are you a firefighter?», of course I replied, yes. From that moment on I have always received a discount at every single whataburger without exception, well until now. Today, the cashier went to get the manger and he not only declined to do so, he was to busy and rude to give any explanation as to why… So, I paid full price, which isn’t that big of a deal, but what is a big deal to me is the bad attitude of the manger. Then to top it all off, I paid full price for a so so meal, the burger was over cooked and fries were worse.
There are tons of other whataburger’s which will be getting my business, but never again will I come to this one in Willow Park.

Why is there food always cold I just live 5minutes away and the food is always cold, starting going to malt shoppe in Hudson oaks, they need some guidance, like maybe a general manager

Disgusting. Unsanitary. I highly doubt they would pass a health regulation test due to the insane amount of beetles.

Great burgers and fries. Spicy ketchup is back, hope it stays. Always clean and friendly here.
