Green Line Pizza and Steak

Green Line Pizza & Steak is my new favorite place to eat.
I ordered the Buffalo organic chicken sandwich on fresh baked Italian bread with a side of delicious, cooked just right French fries and it was flawless. I am not a fan of blue cheese and it was no problem at all when I asked them to switch that out for a ranch dressing and add a different cheese on my sandwich.
Our server, Katarina, was a sweetheart. Nice family atmosphere too. It was very welcoming and clean. The menu has a good amount of choices.
I can hardly wait to go again and try something else. Maybe a fresh organic salad and specialty pizza next time. Orrrrr, maybe a grass fed, no antibiotic hamburger.

delicious egg washed deli bun. Cheesesteaks are authentic and fantastic on rolls from Philly!

The cheesesteak was absolutely wonderful, ooey gooey cheese, freshly prepped and cooked ribeye on some of the best bread I’ve had from a restaurant ever.
The rustic crust pepperoni pizza came out hot and fresh and our son, who is very particular about his pizza absolutely loved it and wouldn’t stop talking about it.
My significant others’ Philly cheesesteak was loaded with beautifully cooked peppers and onions on the same wonderful bread I had.
The sweet tea was just the way I liked it and the sprite was perfectly mixed and not the usual syrupy sweet soda we are used to getting from typical restaurants.
In the end, it garnered my son’s seal of approval and we will definitely be going back again!

We have had a few lunches at work catered by them and their pizza and sandwiches are on POINT!!!

Many of my friends and colleagues told me that Green Line is very good. I was very skeptical about calling in an order from Green Line at first because their logo looks very ugly. I would of designed a better logo for the place, but when I took a bite of the pizza I got freshly delivered, I was very pleased with the taste! The taste of it reminded me of New York-​styled pizza. I would recommend Green Line to anyone who lives in Ogden or Porters Neck because they offer delivery services. Also, they offer sit + serve services.

We ordered delivery of cheese steaks twice. The cheesesteak were overall good tasting just need more cheese. We would order delivery again. Remember to order extra cheese. Fries are tasty and natural fries already seasoned. This is Organic beef so just expect pay a little more. Beef is good quality.

We love Greenline Pizza! We live close by and get delivery at least a few times a month. Thy are always super quick and courteous and the food is never a disappointment! Our regular order is the sunfire pizza on rustic crust (absolutely phenomenal) we compare to the rio ranchero at I New York pizza downtown and it’s just as good if not better. Crust is perfectly chewy, tons of flavor. The opposite of chain delivery crust. The chicken cheesesteak with mushrooms and peppers is delicious also! This is probably the best delivery in Ogden, you can’t go wrong

I think the home style pizza is the best pizza in town. The sauce and crust is unbelievable. The cheesesteaks are out of this world. I LOVE this place!

Good sandwich but small and pricy. I would eat here again if they beefed up the samich or lowered the cost. Your move greenline.

I love this place! Everything tastes so fresh. I can’t get enough of their buffalo chicken cheesesteak. It has the perfect amount of buffalo sauce which I feel like most other restaurants overdo and it’s all you can taste. Their rustic crust pizza is my favorite as it is a thinner crust. Everyone that I’ve encountered there has been extremely nice and accommodating.

The pizza was good and the staff friendly. The order didn’t take long to pick up and they gave us complimentary cinnamon dough bites. I recommend the place!

I’ve had pizza from Green Line twice and both times I was disappointed. I’m convinced the cheese is imitation as it was terrible and not melted well. The sauce was what really ruined it for me. I won’t give it a third try; nor would I recommend to friends and family.

I can’t believe anyone would give this place less than five stars. Everything that I’ve ever had from here has been good. Specially the Philly cheese steak and buffalo chicken gourmet chicken sandwich. The Philly cheese steak pizza is also to die for! The staff is super nice and friendly. This business will do very well in the Wilmington area. Need more locations and the idea to make it a sit in restaurant is a great idea.

OK pizza, but slow delivery. I’ve ordered 3 times and the first two were decent but iffy… the last one was cold and slow. It’s a good concept w/​nice variety but just not worth the premium price. Unfortunately this is another shop that loses out to the chains for me.

The food was good and delivery was prompt. I would definitely recommend to friends. The cheesesteak was sublime.

I recently moved to Wilmington to be with my girlfriend and we ordered from this place and let me say… I am hard to impress but this place… a definite Thumbs Up in my book. We have ordered from here at least 4 times in the last 2 months. it’s an awesome place with amazing food.

Tasty food and good people making and serving it. The cheesesteak is really good. Pizza is tasty and not the typical sauce/​cheese. They’re doing something a little different, and I for one like it.
Delivery has been consistently good, and fast.

This place is legit. Every time we order something it is great. Pizza… yeah. Really great. Cheesesteaks are awesome. I just had the shoreline burger and it was incredible. Oh yeah, the wings aren’t those chewy, slimy wings that other pizza places run through the pizza oven. Get them bar style with bleu cheese. You’ll thank me. Baked wings are bull sh! t and you know it.

VERY good pizza, excellent ingredients, sweet peppers were really sweet, olives were kalamata (I think), not canned, sauce was just about perfect. Two types of crust, thin and regular? I ordered the regular, not sure which one I got, but it was pretty thin… I think I prefer a thicker crust.
Delivery on a holiday weekend was like 25 minutes, excellent!

This is the only cheesesteak in Wilmington, North Carolina worthy of calling itself an «authentic Philly cheesesteak»
So since moving here 1.5 years ago, I have been constantly on a mission to find foods that are close to meeting my expectations. Unfortunately, the food scene in Wilmington has been often disappointing. One mission that I almost gave up on was finding a good cheesesteak. A gleam of hope arose after hearing some good reviews about Green Line and their supposedly «authentic» cheesesteaks.
It only took me this long because Green Line is the opposite end of town from where I live. So I was driving home from a short trip in Raleigh and figured «Meh, it’s kind of on the way. Tonight is the night!» So I decided to stop to finally try their cheesesteaks, even though the roads were really crummy. I was happy to hear they were open despite the weather, which seems like a pattern with them.
I ordered two cheesesteaks and an order of loaded fries. I was very happy to see they offer cheese whiz on their menu — another hint that these might ACTUALLY be AUTHENTIC. When I arrived, the owner asked if I was from Philly, as he suspected from my preference for cheese whiz (he also said I was only the second person to do so).
I was 15 minutes later than the time I indicated, and another 25 minute drive home. I was nervous about the cheesesteaks getting soggy on the way home, as this has happened too many times here in Wilmington (from the locals often using the wrong bread and preparing sandwiches wrong to cause a gross soggy mess).
So I arrived home and opened my masterpieces. OMG — I think they use AMOROSO rolls!!! Or at least something extremely similar. I bit into my cheesesteak. SO DELICIOUS. Not soggy AT ALL. This place really knows what they’re doing.
If you are from the Philly area and miss home, craving a cheesesteak, or just want to experience a REAL Philly cheesesteak, PLEASE try this place!
