This is good food that’s fast and I mean that in a good way. I love the hibachi shrimp dishes and their home made cheesecake! The staff is always friendly and polite. They always have lunch specials and they buy veterans lunch on Veteran’s day!

Delicious fresh food and super friendly staff. Allow you to substitute extra vegetables for the rice. Always tastes fresh. I’ve tried the steak, chicken and shrimp hibachi and all were great. Staff is super.

Delicious, fresh food and fair prices. I eat here once a week and usually order chicken w broccoli. Their sushi is rolled fresh everyday and handled properly. Love the Spicy Tuna rolls for only $ 6!!! The owner and staff are very friendly and the ambience is surprisingly inviting.

Hibachi To Go is by far the best hibachi place I have ever been to in Wilmington. They take pride in what they cook and it always tastes like quality Japanese cuisine. Do not get me started with their home-made desserts!

I finally gave this place a try. I’m glad I did I’ve been twice now and both times were great. Got sushi both times they made my roll to order the spicy tuna and smoked salmon were delicious. I keep wanting to try the hibachi but the sushi is so good and cheap at $ 4.50 a roll it’s hard to stay away. My new Ogden lunch spot for sure exelent service both times I’ve been.

Went there last night to pick up dinner — If you are getting to-go, I recommend checking the boxes before you get home! Called in an order of 3 chicken hibachi w/mushrooms, a side order of «zucchini and onions»(listed together on the menu), and a shrimp tempura w/zucchini(normally, the fish tempura comes with zucchini and the shrimp comes with broccoli, so we asked for a substitution) and veggie spring rolls Okay, got home and had: Three chicken hibachi zucchini and NO mushrooms? A side order of burnt broccoli, AND another side order of onions? And shrimp tempura with sauteed zucchini! Is it weird of me that when I see tempura«shrimp and broccoli»(or whatever), I assume the vegetable is also tempura? Oh well, they got pretty much the entire order wrong, but all in all it was still delicious. It wasn’t our first trip here and it won’t be our last — I’d have given it 4 stars if they got our order even half right.

Decided to give this place a try tonight after driving past it multiple times. First and last. Our expectations were for more traditional hibachi/Mongolian BBQ. Unfortunately, you do not get to pick your veggies: the main plates come with your choice of meat, onions, mushrooms, and zucchini. I chose to have mine over noodles. The steak was well executed, but the noodles were forgettable and the side of canned, re-heated carrots served with the meal really turned my opinion south. Canned carrots??! I split an order of spring rolls with my spouse, and they were soooo greasy. The place also had an over all grimy feel, like the workers and restaurant could use a good power washing. Needless to say, I will not be going back. When I want real hibachi/Mongolian BBQ I’ll head to Flaming Amy’s Bowls. The End.

Hibachi To Go is pretty good for a small Japanese Hibachi-style takeaway joint, BUT be sure to check that you have everything you ordered before leaving! On 2 different occasions, they have forgotten part of our order, and that leaves the fam none too happy! I think the Hibachi Bistro’s food is better, but this is a good option if you’re on this side of town.

Its Hibachi to Go, it fits the name 100 percent. Quick, hot and good flavors. Good selection and portions. What more could you want?

This place does alright. The food was good. I would eat there again. It could use a bit more vegetables for my liking but overall the restaurant was good quality.
