Meh, it’s nice to have a place to enjoy a cocktail and some food before you fly but this wasn’t what I wanted for the price. I ordered a chicken ceasar salad and it came already in a to go container, with one packet of dressing, and fried chicken that wilted the salad. The fried chicken strips were good but it’s fried chicken, you can’t ever get bad fried chicken. Our bar tender did not seem to happy about being there and when I asked for extra dressing he scoffed a bit, I felt bad and sensitive as I am I started to tear up. The other patrons consoled me and I returned to normal. I also asked for a vodka soda and I kept getting tonic which really chaps my toosh because it’s not something one would easily mess up. It may have just been an off day for the bar tender. Again, it is convenient but for what you are paying I wish they would put a bit more love in to what they were serving. The prices aren’t incredibly cheap, with chicken, I believe my salad cost me $ 10 and that gives me sad face. :(

This is a bar in an airport with bar food. We arrived to early for our flight. Decided to get a few drinks and cups of New England Clam Chowder. Sat at the end of the bar. The young lady that was waiting on us was very nice and attentive. Soup arrived quickly. Drinks were well made. They had on our football game. The soup wasn’t the best clam chowder but it wasn’t bad. I finished it. Overall would sit at that bar again.

Worst service ever. I had to look for a waitress to find out if I could sit anywhere. When I finally found a table, it literally took them 15 minutes to come ask me what I wanted to order. After asking for just a beer, I sat there for another 15 minutes before deciding to leave out of annoyance.

This is a place to drink, not to eat. A hot dog and fries is about as good as it gets.

Hasty bartender/manager and didn’t have enough staff to change the tv channel, let alone serve customers. Find somewhere else for some actual service.

Standard airport bar with plenty of seating, a surprisingly attentive waitress, and really good draft beer prices. They also have some well-placed outlets along the walls, which are convenient for those last-minute charging needs.

A one star review, you say? Yes. Locks Landing receives and deserves this embarrassing, shameful mark of the food beast. And are you ready for the kicker? I didn’t even order food from them; I didn’t have to. You sit down at Locks Landing because it’s the only watering hole in A terminal. How delightful! This is a capitalist’s dream! Locks Landing has a monopoly on serving war-torn and weary travelers as they patiently wait for their flights. Think of all the opportunity that resides here. Of course you’re going to sit down; it’s the only place where you can get a drink. What does Locks Landing do with this glorious market positioning? They spit in its eye! They squander a chance to do something great by fully embracing the fact that their customers have absolutely no other choice. Shame on you, sir! The menu may be the most uninspiring and odious collection of rations that I’ve seen. «All Beef Hot Dog — Add Chili or Cheese.» God, the decisions! Chili or cheese?! My decision making was immediately stymied by the seemingly endless combination possibilities. And the naming convention, sexy. «All Beef Hot Dog.» I was actually surprised that they listed«Mozzarella Sticks» instead of «Fried Cheese Shaft, Battered» nom nom nom. Locks Landing, I am personally insulted by the utter disregard of your menu. Your concept is simply«You have no options; why should we care?» Your willingness to embrace mediocrity makes me sick. Have you no desire? No passion? Pride? I would have respect for you, Locks Landing, if you were exploiting this situation. Exploiting, however, requires some active effort on your part to leverage your monopoly to gain unearned dollars from my pocket. You don’t even have this initiative. Seemingly, you just exist in a state of chronic apathy. Your only redeeming quality is that you make no attempt whatsoever to hide your disinterest. Nope, the menu leaflet that you provide makes it painstakingly clear that you could not care less about what victuals find their way to my plate. For that, I thank you.

This is an airport bar not a restaurant so if you compare this place to a restaurant you will be disappointed. I didn’t partake in the cuisine but I did have the opportunity to view a few of their offerings and it looked liked typical food service snacks like you would find at a dive bar if you must eat good luck. I chose to sit at the bar and it was great the bartender was friendly and mingled with the customers and provided great service if you choose to sit at the tables you may have a completely different experience. There isn’t a great selection of beer but they do carry a few unique ones that can offer you a opportunity to try something besides the domestics. It beats sitting at the gate and since I lost my invitation to go into the only club(US Air Lounge) this is not a bad option actually I enjoyed it better that the club lounge. They also offer a nice selection of top shelf liquor.

I don’t think this place has a great atmosphere(new lighting could do wonders) but it services it’s intended purpose of quick food and drinks. I did munch on some fries and they were great! The server was friendly and fast, too.

After passing through the TSA security checkpoint at Bradley International Airport, I realized that I had about 2 hours to wait before my plane departed, and my tummy was rumbling for lunch. I knew that I was facing a couple of hours in the air on a bumpy flight to Atlanta, and couldn’t get excited about a bag of peanuts for my lunch. Locks Landing to the rescue! There are a couple of fast food eateries back in the main building, but Locks is located at the end of the terminal near my gate. It’s your basic airport bar that is well-stocked and ready for the weary travelers. Beers run about $ 5.50 — 6.00, and mixed drinks are pricey — though poured strong. Plenty of TVs tuned to various sports and news channels, and the bartender was a very friendly guy. The pub grub menu is heavy on appetizers, but they also have deli sandwiches, meatball subs, chicken fingers, and bowls of chili. Surprisingly there were no burgers on the menu. : —( A beer and a turkey sandwich ran about $ 15 with a tip.

A great place to while away an unexpected layover at Bradley International Airport, especially after two failed landing attempts in White Plains. Luckily, we were allowed off the plane while it was being re-fueled and the weather was clearing in New York. Professional and efficient, bartender Thomas soothed my jangled nerves with an excellently poured vodka soda, as my husband and I commiserated with fellow travelers in the open bar area. Unfortunately, I couldn’t try any of their food, as they had no gluten free offerings. I didn’t go hungry, since I travel with GF snacks, typically nut thins — my favorite is the cheddar variety — and dark chocolate.

One of the top two bars at the airport. I was in town for a business trip. The conference ended early, so I had 5 hours to kill at the airport. I figured Beer was the best way to kill time, so I gave this place a try. They have a fair selection of beers, reasonably priced bar food and a couple TVs with sports on. Staff is friendly and attentive. Overall, I had a pretty good experience. A little about my credentials: I first got into cooking & food when I was in college. After being rejected by numerous girls and getting zero action, I decided it was time for a change. I needed a new makeover to boost my geeky, engineering image. I applied for a cooking position at a Mediterranean-Italian Restaurant near my home and learned to cook all sorts of pastas and dishes. I never became a professional chef, but I continue to enjoy & love food. 9 years later and 55 lbs heavier, I have a new passion for traveling and trying different foods around the world.
