My kids make more come in here at least once a week. The staff is always friendly. They are very tolerant of the kids touching everything and demo the games. They have a very wide variety of gift cards and used games. The staff is very helpful and generous with their time.

Went in for a headset for Xbox. When asked the girl if she would get it because it was locked up. She stated she was busy and continued to replace signs around the store. Another couple walked in and she helped them right away. But needless to say this is after giving them another chance after their blatant disregard for communication during the release night of Black Ops 2, involving some dumb stamp. Would rather go to Walmart, save a little money and the stupidity is expected.

Lots of parking and not cramped like most game stops but doesn’t get more stars because the big guy behind the counter seems to dislike me for some reason and is rude every time I come in. Otherwise I like the place and all the other staff members.

This is the gamestop I usually frequent. It is large, open and clean with plenty of close parking (unlike the malls). The staff are always friendly and helpful, if they don’t have something in stock they are more than willing to check the other stores in the area for you via computer. Like all gamestops they also have the best policy regarding used games; you can return them within seven days for any reason, you can even tell them you beat the game and they will refund your money without batting an eye. You can return used games within 30 days if they are damaged or don’t play right.
